I agree uncertainty will kill with the market, they need little excuse to trim the sp.
I still feel the seller's have had most impact here . News on that would have impact
It takes little to have impact .
They can't bullsh** with medicine so we just have to have patience.
I am set to not too expect much before year end .
I can confirm nothing was said about AIM at the AGM meeting. I listened to every word Dr David Tapolczay said and there was never even a mention of the A word. Not much was said at the AGM that we already know. The current circumstances are rife for speculation to take hold so I guess some kind of truthful market update would be great, e.g the Chinese are doing x because of y. The silent treatment has been a disaster for the share price and trust in this company, I will repeat what I said a few weeks back, that honesty and transparency are vital in the investment world.

Sorry couple other points picked up from your post :
1) I'm not sure David Topolczay did refer to NFX as being on the AIM market in error or if Plums inadvertently misquoted him? Maybe Cdub can confirm?
2) Interestingly one of the resolutions at the AGM was to re-appoint HaysmcIntyre as auditors having let them go only a few months ago. That did make me wonder if there was some sort of difference of opinion between Directors and why.
Dave,
No worries, it took me some time to check out via various sources. So KSW is not involved with CPI, as far as any of us know, and has simply resigned for personal reasons, whatever those may be!
Albi,
Sorry just re-read your post from yesterday. On the search it dates the article as April 2019m but as you rightly say it was old news
Hi Albi,
This is the link from CPI website confirming KSW as interim FD. It's dated April 2019
https://www.uk-cpi.com/news/cpi-strengthens-leadership-team-support-growth-strategy
I think you and quercusrobor are correct . Maybe he has too much on with being FD at CPI and if they are selling down their holdings he thought better to sever the ties.
Cheers
Dave

I don't see him listed as any kind of Director at CPI, he resigned years ago. If you have a current link that clearly proves that please post it. I thought we'd established yesterday that was years ago.
I think the PTSD business / charity connection is unfortunate but not necessarily a blot against KSW. My main note was that he may have other interests that are taking priority in his life at the moment. Again all speculation until proper news reaches us or someone can post some solid facts.
for ...straight and down.....
read.....straight up and down.
ok...before we start getting hyperbolic here;)...
https://www.linkedin.com/in/kirk-siderman-wolter-ba7282/?originalSubdomain=uk......seems pretty straight and down...even borderline impressive....
.....so lets assume someone has a periphry involvement in a 'charity'..which turns out to to be less than kosha...(happens all the time)...see..https://www.cambstimes.co.uk/news/police-chief-resigns-as-patron-of-cambs-group-being-probeb-by-lottery-1-5894513..
and then resigns'abruptly' from an unrelated business.
Defenestation immediate and complete.
Is there a problem?
Because he was a Non-exec Director at NFX and abruptly resigned just before the AGM and he is (from April this year) an interim FD at CPI and they recently commenced been selling down some of there extensive holdings in NFX
how is any of this relevant to Nfx?
Albi, DaveW58, Soupdragon78, I looked up ptsd. NKSW was our finance director, an important job.
PTSD does sound disturbing. I hope nfx has good auditors. The tie-up with Centre for Process Industries and CSI Enterprises, if they are today’s big sellers, raises more questions. Don’t know what to think. Why did David Topolczay refer to nfx being on AIM, he should know better.
Albi, whilst I don't know KSW's involvement, PTSD999 has been in trouble for not putting lottery funding money through their books and saying they are a charity whilst not being registered. Not a good look.
Soupdragon
KSW has quite a few other interests and appointments - I did wonder about that one yesterday 'personal reasons' etc.
DaveW, look up PTSD999 Ltd.
For the sake of transparency, I hold here and will continue to accumulate if opportunities arise
It's just my own ramblings maybe but thought I'd air them.
It does seem strange that Kirk Siderman-Wolter resigned "abruptly" (according to Alliance news) and for "personal" reasons from the AGM attendees. I am wondering if there is a connection here between the Chinese involvement and whatever is happening behind the scenes and the sudden resignation of KSW and the sell down from CPI.
Remember that CPI is essentially funds derived from HM Gov and all the difficulties currently ongoing with the Chinese
Just a thought that's all.
