Pump the volume
Needs some upwards movement
It will be interesting to see how history judges the decision not to try and build something around NXP001, given it is the most advanced product.
If the global oncology market turns out to be more lucrative than the actual CINV market and the terms of the deal mean that Oxillo reap hundreds of millions in revenue while paying just a paltry £2m royalties (if we're still around) then I think that decision will have been a very bad one.
If NXP002 & NXP004 do disappoint then the only circumstance in which the deal could be regarded as good is if the upfront payment turned out to be significant enough to offer another lifeline via NXP001 in other markets. Failing that, the only winners might be Oxilio & their partners.
Hit the nail on the head about gave up building a business which is why the end game has to be near, I can't see NFX being a thing by this time next year
Though the Q&A was fine, it was more that most of the questions were poor, no company was ever going to talk about previous management decisions so totally pointless that people asked.
There are a few key items in there to hold them to.
AR’s letter should be take with a pinch of salt as it’s designed to appease frustration rather than report. Again that and his interview given some clues as to what was happening behind the scenes.
It’s just a waiting game and a binary bet on two results now. They gave up trying to build a business, so it’s all about whether they can make the product work.
Data driven filter….. just not that data
Exactly Soup, a global deal and hardly a whisper
I guess we just need to do yet more waiting, communication has been poor, Q&A was a poor read. I've been most impressed with AR's interview and his letter recently.
Having said all this if the SP can recover back to 3p before news I'd be extremely happy
It doesn’t help when the company employs a broker and PR and yet refuses to tell them any details when they sign a global oncology licensing deal.
Agreed Filter.
I find it strange how the Oxilio deal has done little to change the situation either. We are still well below the minimum broker valuation without a deal. There seems to be alot of newsworthy excitement about OXL001 which is wonderful for Oxilio &TRX yet we seem to have been forgotten. I suppose that's down to the fact that the financial details remain a closely guarded secret. How can anyone judge that a fair deal has been struck while that is the case?
I was hoping that excitement about imminent news on NXP002 & NXP004 results would be increasing the momentum by now. An influx of new PI's might help to drive the price back to a level where it is out of the reach of potential vultures. The board seem unconcerned that the company might be exposed in that way. Perhaps we worry unnecessarily.
Re last paragraph FX I worry the same which is why I can't help getting wound up when seeing the SP so low with non existent PR and a broker that says fair value starts below the SP at the time, just ridiculous
It's nice to see the price rise holding for a change but I had hoped that there would be more interest by now.
I would welcome any news that shows a change of fortune for this company and finally removes the awful feeling that things are always worse than the BoD are letting on. We have suffered enough uncertainty about what the future holds. It feels like no progress can be made while a question mark hangs over filling the CEO role. It's time we had some direction on that.
I still have nagging doubts that someone out there really wants to see this go under so that they can snap up the IP and take it private without having to pay a fair price. I hope I'm wrong.
Aye, its clinging on to the gains which is good to see. Just the usual traders selling at a loss today.
I'm ever hopeful of something NXP004 related being announced in the near term, no foundation other than gut feeling as the research commenced back in May, so they've had a good chunk of time at it.
The news might not have too much info in it as they'll need to protect their patent filing, but the only thing we need to know is that its successful as that unlocks its role as a replacement for a blockbuster.
Fingers crossed our PR will actually do something soon.
Quite pleased we're still hanging around a bit higher after the pump, still waaaay undervalued though, if people are holding back they could be too late
Looks like the mm's needed to sort out their paperwork today seeing today's trades.
Bit more volume and we will be on the road to recovery...
Morning Chab,
News-packed Q4 now starting to feel more like it's going to be a news-packed P12.
Does anyone know if we still have a PR company or a broker?
Morning ladies a gentleman. How are we all this morning. Quiet as a church mouse here these days as we await " the coming".
ATB
I hope the penny is finay dropping with everyone just how undervalued we are, still way below the 2p placing and cashed up to the gills!
November in a weeks time , down to a five week window .
It will happen before December,
"seriously I think Anne's leaving in a chauffeur driven limo with her head held high".
Hope so, I'd hate to see her peddling away on a pushbike after slipping out of the back door on New Year's eve as we all still try and convince ourselves that no news is good news.
Your over thinking . its going to be a horse and cart , with you selling what's dumped in the road.
seriously I think Anne's leaving in a chauffeur driven limo with her head held high .
:-)
I’ve had my yellow Ferrari ‘on order’ for a while now…
Highly speculative, multi bag potential, or end up driving a £500 Vauxhall Nova from the 80s… It’s all possible!
I'm new to this share and heard about it down the pub. Some one I know is a big hitter and is loading up. His mate said he had heard there is a Chinese deal in the offing worth billions, and the guy drinking the Babyshams reckoned it would ten bag by the end of the week.
As a newbie what do lth think of the above. The guys in the pub seemed genuine enough and I'm thinking of loading up on Monday as opportunities like this only come once in a lifetime.
I've already picked out what colour Ferrari to buy. I know most want red, but I'm thinking of a nice beige.
All the best and I'll meet you all at the millionaires party.
At long last a positive week for the share price. Been a while since we had one of those.
