Every passing day de-risks the share as NCYT make more and more money. There’s still so much more to come with mergers/acquisitions possible to further strengthen the group with all the free cash flow they have. As a worst case scenario, as I see it, this is a billion pound company going forward. I’ve been thinking of taking some “skin” out of the game ///9not on your level admittedly, but we are all in different positions. But I just keep coming back to the thinking that the upside far outweighs the down.
WinterPlex, Carehome, France, USA, World... So much more to come.
DYOR and GLA holders
Kind of you to say Cantique. Luckily for me I am not in desperate need of the money although not being a multimillionaire that kind of money is more than useful. My investments over the years have been fairly mediocre however I did lose a princely sum in SXX like a lot of people in this room no doubt. This investment however is totally different, SXX produced nothing and a lot of us got caught up in the hype. This share is no longer hype driven, it is a producer of the highest order. I am considering selling 5 to 10,000 shares if they hit £14-£15
Firstly I like the Donald Fagin reference lol. I have thought about selling 10,000 shares i.e. 25% of my investment and covering my investment plus some percentage. I have avoided that so far due to FOMO, having said that I have hardly missed out. I am retired and I hate to say that I am not desperate for the cash to finance my lifestyle and I don’t mean that in an arrogant way, therefore I am Interested in seeing how far this could go.
The best outcome for us all would be a buyout once WinterPlex Had been launched and its true potential realised by the big boys in the game.
Hi Kamakiriad,
Firstly, well done for putting a decent chunk in at the ‘difficult’ band (over £1 with no real news). That took balls.
Which suggests your risk profile is adventurous. Assuming that is correct, why not just sell enough to retrieve you original investment plus, say, a 50% return. Then hold onto the rest.
Ask yourself the following question then listen to your heart answer it;
“How long do I honestly think it will take for this pandemic to run its course?” The answer to that question (which can only be your own personal opinion) will provide you with your answer to whether you sell up or hold on, and for how long.
Me, I think governments are following a catastrophic ‘cat and mouse’ game with the virus; clamp down before any real numbers catch it, then unclamp so numbers rise again - rinse/repeat - which means reaching herd immunity will take much longer than if we just got on with life - which means testing et al required over much longer period, which means more revs for NCYT - hence why my target value is £2.9b or c £41 per share. If that’s reached within 18 months and you are still holding 35,000 of these beuts, how will you feel then?
But know this, whatever you do, you’ll be fine. There is no way these are going back down to £5, let alone £1.33.
All the best
Intrepid.
kamikari,I lost loads on ,ukog, ctag ,afren and few more dogs on aim (we all make mistakes, said the hedgehog as he climbed off the yard brush),but owing to the posters on this BB who have done their research AND contact with the company I have managed to regain a substantial amount of my losses,no doubt there are others who where in the same boat, just giving a big thumbs up to the people who have taken time to enable me to recover my losses, big thanks lads ,no names needed we all know who you are.
The strange thing is you worry about what you could lose but you tend to worry about how much profit you have missed out on crazy
It’s clear you won’t panic sell just because it’s a lot of money, nor should you. Nobody can make this decision for you because we all have different risk tolerances.
You should bank some profit, personally I would take 25% out, but then I don’t mind taking risks. I would actually put it in to SNG at 1.75 ish.
Do you “need” the money, if you are young and need a house/if you are near retirement? If not half and half sounds good. Well done, am thrilled for you.
Kamakiriad - With that sort of profit you should probably leave the party at £15, then you will probably have enough money to buy the house next door to Don Fagen, one of my all-time musical heroes. I'm not far behind you, so I'll stay until it hits £17, then I'm investing elsewhere.
ATVB and well done to you for keeping the faith with the rest of us lthers
God I'd sell first thing Monday...what if someone laud all that in frint of you then gave you the finger and gave you half...which could happen
Me?...15.5k better off and very happy indeed...well done
If that was me, I'd sell half of your shares. Bank some profits and let the rest run; like you say, it could double or triple from here and you wouldn't want to be fully out with so much news expected!!
Well guys should I stay or should I go?
I have posted on here quite a few times previously but not on a regular basis. I have 40,000 shares still in my possession average price of £1.33. I’m sure you can do the arithmetic. Yes, I am somewhere in the region of £420,000 in profit. An enviable position I know but how much further can this go? I know all of the facts and figures as I have studied very diligently as you can imagine, this could double triple or even quadruple but my profit margin so far is a very serious amount. Opinions please ..
