Well I added more here today .
So much to come from this company - the journey is only just begun for them really .
Managed to get my average down to £4 .
Little bit of patience now and lets see where it goes .
LFT imminent , US Inc coming . Millions in the bank . Multiple mentions of acquisitions and mergers .
Up!
Good post JRDC, couldn't agree more. Plenty of money in the bank with more to come and funded expansion to position Novacyt for the future but post Covid is what the market/investors need certainty on, hence the SP.
Was just kicking about and found this statement about no share in particular
If you're holding the shares of a company who’s business is growing & improving (and will continue to do so for months / years to come) do not be concerned about the price the market offers for those shares today / tomorrow - unless you want to take advantage of a bargain price.
Credit where it's due Tks to Justin Waite.
My dad always used to say, politicians always have their snouts in the trough.
Good post JRDC.
It is the elephant in the room.
Forecast £100m and ebitda of £40m for 2021 there or thereabouts.
Market wants to understand 2022 and how the company progresses should covid sales diminish further.
And who is part owner of the biggest opinion poll YouGov... The Vaccine minister, that tucked up GKP shareholders, and made millions for himself, the one who claimed heating allowance for his stables and they put him charge of Vaccine roll out... I wouldnt trust the bloke with a barge pole! As imo, he would have made out of it somewhere along the line! Thats Policticans for you!
1) Dispute no where near settled
2) Future £100m+ DHSC contracts extremely unlikely imo
3) GM has yet to demonstrate how we're going to be making £50m+ a year in a world without covid. That may be some time off yet, but markets like certainty
In the short - medium term pathflow might help with the push back to £4+.
I'm now hoping for a buy out, an offer of £6 and I'd bite their arm off
Louis _Winthrop I think you said in one sentence what I slavered on about for a paragraph.
Always watching, keep well :)
Louis, you can witness that exact sentiment across the crypto markets, where coins that literally do or offer nothing are riding along with the likes of bitcoin on the premise "one day they'll be useful"
Hey mate I didn’t know you were in here, I just see SAR and this being played mate that’s all.
Don’t forget the VAL fella.
I'd imagine that the DHSC have not followed the Warranty claim procedure as per the contract and contractually NCYT is not obliged to do anything, however GM has recently offered an exchange under the warranty claim clause as a gesture of goodwill, in order to break the deadlock.
There's nothing in the contract that states if you're not happy for one reason or another that the DHSC should stop payment without notice.
Reading between the lines sounds about right, I think this could be settled quickly and GM knows it, hence why he brought the results forward by one week.
Some opinion polls tell us that too !!
What the market is telling us is that hype and bull**** are worth more than solid fundamentals.
Covid testing in other countries will stay strong for 1-2 years but also trickle along here, The cash this company will generate will exceed the mcap imv, so it seems to be priced as if there is no proftable business beyond covid which is a nonsense imv. I think a 'beyond covid' announcement would steady nerves.
Furthermore, not one Covid stock is making or has anywhere near the cash / cash flow of Nova, and as FEW shares, so, something will give... fingers crossed!
The dispute could be resolved at anytime, although frustrating at least both side continue to talk. We know that we have products that the DHSC needs, there's a deal to be done and GM knows it!
Yesterday's RNS states...'commercial discussions that are ongoing' and 'At this time, the Company is unable to provide further clarification on the dispute or the timing of resolution due to the confidential nature of discussions underway.'
Rightback, nah 250 is way to low, imo.... but hey you have been at it a lot longer than me!!!! lol
If the Dhsc were not still using Nova Id agree, but they are still trading, imo it is a storm in tea cup, that has been over played to enable certain investors to rinse and repeat... (my opinion) and the more they succeed, the more they will keep at it (my opinion) until the BoD counter it, with something that makes sp rise and stay there! They cannot ignore it much longer, or they themselves will loose credibility in that they "Manage" all aspects of the Co, not just growth, inc stability, pr, marketing, cash flow, and something has to give... Patience and ignore the traders white noise if you can... what else is left other than sell, which is what is the aim of all this????? imo
Shorts have a hold of this big time now deciding when they want outs the keys maybe 250 ! who knows.
Nothing will look rosy until the DHSC dispute is settled. It's harsh laying all that firmly on the shoulders of GM.
The DHSC debacle is supressing the SP - little else, it's just a waiting game now that we know the sums invlovled, it's just a little frustrating we don't know the actual reasons behind the dispute.
How on earth, if the results haven't reassured investors, do we actually raise the share price now.
Mullis really has killed the company with the last 12 months of bs
