Agree Saintsmith and so easy to make the wrong assumptions from a username.
After all, some might easily take offence from yours or mine.
As far as I'm aware Manchego is a Spanish cheese aged between 60 days and 2 years.
A4Uk I also enjoy your posts , they have good new information and opinions that I’m sure many on this BB enjoy reading .
I’m guessing by your username that you love the United Kingdom as much as the rest of us on this board do ?
You and manchego should go out for beers and gummy bears together , burry the hatchet and continue promoting this amazing company we all have a mutuall love for .
I think you are doing yourself a discredit using all the the “bruv and Bri’sh gubmint “ referrals you like to use as I feel you have a lot more positive and informative things to say .
IMO
Same here, I'll be looking forward to reading more standard tropes from you.
Have a good week-end.
Bruv! Oh my God! Chavdom personified.
I'm afraid that I'm bored with you now my friend so no more engagement from my side. Not filtered mind you; you have too much entertainment value.
As I wrote, bruv, you used a derivative of that classic trope ; implying that my assessment is wrong, cos I'm not from Sacred Blighty.
Besides being a fallacy, this ain't being exactly classy innit.
My dear fellow, I never said or even intimated such a thing as "If you don't like it 'ere, go back to your ****ry !" Apart from anything else, it is so lacking in class (like it's quoter).
You are strangely silent on your chosen name.
@ Manchego : not in the least surprised to witness your usage of the derivative of another classic trope ; i.e. "If you don't like it 'ere, go back to your ****ry !".
Just the usual knee-jerk fallacy to deflect any criticism that might be remotely voiced towards your favourite political party or your immaculate motherland.
Thanks Balanced66. I only mentioned because it occurred to me that some people might find allah4uk slightly......disrespectful.
Manchego
Since you've raised it and I didn't want to mention it originally. There are Muslim investors here as well who I think would not be happy that A4UK is being addressed as "Allah"!
Also Prophets of God have the letters PBUH (Peace be Upon Him) after their name. It is misrepresenting the Muslim faith to put the letters (PBUH) after the name Allah as A4UK does that is never said in Islam and is incorrect. Perhaps A4UK is a new Muslim and is therefore not aware of these issues?
Anyway, I like A4UK's posts but he/she should leave religion out of it and keep this neutral for the consideration of others of that faith.
Anyway hope I haven't opened up a can of worms but the opportunity arose to mention it.
Not in the least upset; you flatter yourself.
If you are not from here perhaps you should be a bit more circumspect in your criticsm.
Incidentally, is calling yourself allah4uk actually allowed?
Manchego, your response is predictable! I voted Tory as they were the only viable option (Corbyn would have been a catastrophe). Unfortunately, the cronyism is blatant and they are losing the confidence of the people who voted them in. You can defend the ‘democracy’ as much as you want but really you mean autocracy! Open your eyes. Who gives a flying fxxk as long as it makes us small fortune.
Come to think of it, now the NHS is "allegedly" going to receive an additional 350m£ per week starting 2021... surely they'll have ample budget to buy our tests ! Brilliant !
COMICAl ?? I think not, nothing could induce me to view this debacle as comical .
You're clearly upset, manchego. Try to chill out, get a beer or your gummy bears.
Yes your got your Tories - "suck it up, Labour !"
Yes you got your Brexit - "suck it up, Remoaners !"
Now man up and take responsibility for your "democratic" choices.
Me ? I'm not much affected since I'm from over the pond.
@manchego
Democracy is when there is free and fair elections/referendums. Both the 2016 ref and 2019 where embroiled with illegal campaigning, psychographic manipulation, loads of campaign arguments direct lies, etc.
So No mate, there was nothing democratic about it.
"....the Bri'ish (sic) people got what they voted for." And that clearly ****es you off allah4uk. It's called democracy.
Ah, the Tory MP Owen Paterson deal...
Well, at the least Owen and his now late wife were paid handsomely by Randox for their services :-))))
I am sure these test kits will be rebadged and sold to the government again at some point. Owen will find a way....
Corruption knows no borders and has no limitations.
Corruption on a pandemic scale!
It's both sad and comical. But the Bri'ish people got what they voted for.
Anyway, take comfort in the fact that it might mean more sales for us.
Hopefully NCYT's sales team will be honing in on the care homes market.
"The tests are not CE marked – assessed before being placed on the market in the European Economic Area – and have not received an exemption to be placed on the market during the pandemic." Good to have a minister on your board then and third world countries are accused of corruption when this sort of thing happens over there and the accusation would be justified in those circumstances.

Totally agree and did email a couple of papers to pretty much that effect.
can't believe this test has effectively been around since January and still using useless ****e..
I actually find it incredibly upsetting that months into this the most vulnerable in our society are being given substandard tests, if it was my mother I would be incandescent with rage. I think the govt needs to be very careful or it will have a plethora of legal challenges to face . The fact that there are fully approved tests makes this scandalous in the extreme. Not into political arguments but pizz poor show .
Additional from below link quote
On July 15 NHS Test and Trace were notified that some test kits produced by Randox laboratories may not meet our required safety standards for coronavirus testing. Alongside the Lighthouse Laboratories, NHS Test and Trace has a separate contractual arrangement with Randox laboratories. As a precautionary measure and while we investigate further, NHS Test and Trace paused the use of Randox test kits with immediate effect.
We must be in with a shout here.

Not sure if this update yesterday is different from the mid July"pause" of Random tests?
NHS Test and Trace as well now.
