Thanks Ophidian, much regards.
@MassiveRay - nice to see you on another board and thanks for the very kind compliment from the other night. Good luck with your investment here.

Earthling, you're in way over your head and revealing how little you know. Sometimes it's better to just shut it.
I have nothing to say about the share price other than to confirm I have a small investment at an average of 131p. This board is really quite disgraceful in the misinformation and nonsense posted but I suppose that is a consequence of the recent price history and the types it attracts. I won't be drawn into debates here until it is much improved and cleaned up.

Whats your take on this share price Ophidian ? I see it as very high, yet good for day trading with the pump and dump crew.
clearly you're not even listening to what the main experts are saying about this virus.
The real experts, not the likes of yourself.
I'm calling bull---- on that based on your views on what a virus is lol
AngryAnt = Ladyboy
FACT
yes I did. I also worked on several dozen other NCE's all of which I was part of the team that got them registered by the FDA so I do know a little bit about it. Actaully - I know a lot but I just had to post to correct the utter nonsense being posted. I don't intend getting into petty to and fro insults.
Ophidian
You actually worked on that ? I'm no expert but I work as a clinical trials pharmacist in infectious diseases and tropical medicine
Midas3316 - Lamivudine - an HIV therapy in fact part of the successful triple therapy ****tail (which I worked on at one time) was shown to be effective in treating COVID-19 along with other Flu meds (I'm guessing Tamiflu or Relenza) It is postulated that it interfere with the replication in the same way as it does for HIV.
Ophidian
Orphidian. I see Antiretroviral HIV meds have been given to patients with Coronavirus as well as SARS in the past with very good results. I work within Infectious diseases and clinical trials at the Hospital that had Coronavirus patients. We managed to get a supply of Remdesivir which we didn't get the chance to use, so I cant give any advice there, yet many hospitals are reporting back with promising results
you seem to think its all bull----, other than your own opinions?
which in itself is very narrow minded indeed, and thats being diplomatic
Im not wrong at all, Jes
He stated people can't recover from viruses, in particular this 1
People recover from most viruses, obviously not all for them like HIV
Lets keep it real.
Saying one can never recover form every virus is bordering on lunacy.
Just for balance - practically everything I have read on here about how the FDA works or is motivated is a complete fantasy but there is so much BS I can't even be bothered to start to try and correct it all. Anyone who has worked with FDA, been reviewed by FDA or inspected by FDA knows - they follow rules, they are highly highly professional and they are politically independent.
Ophidian
Earthling - I'm afraid you are wrong on a number of fronts about how a virus infects and potentially re-infects or doesn't ever get beaten. The biggest and most obvious example of course is the HIV virus which manages to express a protein that in effect hides it from the bodies immune system making it impossible for the body to create a meaningful immune response, Hep B is another "lifer". The problem and slightly worrying aspect about this COVID-19 virus is that it appears to have some HIV like sequences indeed some have argued that it looks like a MERS/HIV Chimera hence the theories about it being designed not naturally evolving. Anyway - not debate to get into. The main point here is that there is now emerging significant data from China suggesting that there is a significant reinfection rate amongst those who have had and been declared free of COVID-19. Whether this is dormancy or genuine reinfection I'm not sure is established yet however your frequently stated but incorrect assessment of the situation needed correcting. As far as NCYT is concerned - how is it even that relevant ?
