Wilson63. Let's hope we are all "Thunderstruck" by Novas end June results. PS. Could the guy playing a canny banjo be VanV?
Free LFT tests only until the end of June...
"Businesses are encouraged to register before April 12 in order to access free tests until the end of June, even if they're not yet open or are not able to start using the tests straight away.
As well as reporting their result directly to the NHS, employees should advise their employer of a positive result and take a confirmatory PCR test.
Matthew Fell, CBI Chief UK Policy Director, said: “Mass, rapid workplace testing is an essential pillar of the roadmap for reopening, alongside the vaccine rollout. "
Off topic but if you need cheering up

@Exmex,
Have sold loads of records over the years but never had much punk.
First LP I ever bought for myself was My Generation - The Who on Brunswick label (still got it).
Probably one I play most - Unhalfbricking-Fairport Convention.
Seen hundreds of groups - cost 5/- (old shilling) to see Floyd, Hendrix etc...
troublesome, if you can find an original copy of God Save The Queen (Sex Pistols) in your attic you'd be sorted for a good top up .GLA
Is that the deal you are on Joker (or whichever account name you use today) by World Quant?
I post because i have a material interest in the SP rising NORTH. I have total confidence in the business and currently viewing this ridiculously low share price level as a time to add and further build out on my position.
I'm obviously not happy that the market cap is at this level, imo it reflects a fire sale value, but we are where we are and there are numerous factors that will quickly change this, some of which we are due to hear about anytime VERY soon. With only 71m of shares in issue and an oversold position thanks to short players it wont take much for this to gap up materially on positive news and it will do.
Good luck what ever your call but for me i continue to hold and add as i can afford

ShaunP, the point I was making related to when the lft might be launched ,i e sooner rather than the second half of June The bus you used in your analogy regarding contract's has to call at Porton Down on route .Quite often they go through the gates and disappear for week's. Always good to have other option's. After last week's generous donation I see UNICEF and the World Health Organisation as good candidates for contract's if the test meet their standard's and requirements. Currently the World Health Organisation are looking to procure 900 million rapid antigen and molecular test's this year .
Can't find any buyers for my false teeth ATM !!
Having robbed the kids piggy banks, the mother laws moth laden purse (tried to sell her, but was told the mm's mother in laws are far cheaper!!!) and the wifes "rainy day" fund, Ive managed to scrape enough together to get a few more...
Next stop, back of the settee!!!!
Porky must be close to triggering a tr1 with all these topups. I'm sticking with 4 figures for now, if the released test is at least as good as mologics , which isn't a terrible test even if the Avacta lot think so, then it could be a winner. I'm hoping azn or someone with clout are working on it with us. GM might grudgingly post an RNS with independent s&s over next few months to keep us in the loop.
Can't see any further acquisitions until dispute sorted, that's holding everything up.
@Porky9
Your war chest must be bottomless ?
Just managed to add a few to my sons ISA account for him.
Awaiting the run of updates to start flowing
The war chest of cash for acquisitions must be reaching very significant levels by now, I'm estimating at least £140m, they just need to make some moves now.
Very Confident, all to play for here..

Well whatever's happening
Held......Holding.......Hold.)))
Jrdc here's their antigen test if it's all the pics scroll down and just after them
https://www.medicalliance.com/vis/v1/en/exhibitors/medcom2020.2668693
They're the ones published so far, I don't know what the delay is in terms of emailing, registering online or faxing an EOI to it being published, but I'd suggest applying as close to the deadline as possible so as to not give competitors the heads up, so I imagine more will appear over the next week or two.
This is one of our competitors for the bid:
https://www.facebook.com/DonFossEnterprises/
Reseller of other crap tests most likely
Biomed I cant see reference to an antigen LFT, only elisa antibody and PCR but i imagine most news will be in korean
Mylan/Viatris - big company, recently merged, most likely competitor, again cant see any reference to a LFT
How much is the contract worth, half a mill?
If you have a look at the other 3 companies they are not awe inspiring
Mico biomed I can't find s and s for their antigen lft although they do display for their antibodies test(90/97)
One a subsidiary of a subsidiary
And the other will sell you anything!!
Only my quick research and others will probably find more info.
Jrdc so it closes tomorrow and as yet only 4 expressions of interest?
This is a list of companies who have submitted an expression of interest
Mylan Laboratories Limited, a Viatris Company (india)
https://www.un.org/Depts/ptd/node/1031352
Don Foss Enterprises Pvt Ltd (Zimbabwe)
https://www.un.org/Depts/ptd/node/1031325
MiCo BioMed Co., Ltd. (Korea)
https://www.un.org/Depts/ptd/node/1031348
And Us
https://www.un.org/Depts/ptd/node/1031355
I neither read nor contribute to your file , I am stongly of the opinion it contains info that is beneficial to competitors. I think the posting of a new recruit and the uni grade they recd yesterday and the subsequent "joke " was nothing short of disgraceful and the new recruit ( young) would have been mortified had they read it.
Money will not be in contracts going forwards it will the private sales imo
You seem displeased Shaun
Looking at the expression of interest notice for the supply of rapid covid19 antigen test's to UNAMI in Iraq I see the closing date is tomorrow 12/05/21 .The next stage should see UNAMI evaluate the list of companies that have registered an interest and contact those that they want to tender for a contract . The launch of Novacyts LFt must be really close to enable them to be in a position to bid for a contract .
Porks, we have not submitted a tender. This is just an expression of interest, basically 'send us the application form please'.
Todays news was fairly significant but lost in the white noise here:-
We have submitted a tender to supply our Antigen LFT
https://twitter.com/Larry64450205/status/1391722201997525001
This means that CE mark validation is VERY close now as the company would not tender if they couldn't fulfil an order.
To recap; this extra additional product line to our stable as confirmed by GM will include a CE mark for BOTH "Professional" and "Home" use and Microgen have initial capacity for 1 million units per week. The additional revenues will be "Substantial"
News on our position will land shortly. I remain incredibly confident.
