Hi davand.... read the gov ..... Protocal... Follow the guidance.... I maybe wrong.......got to give the crooks time to make there escapes....
What ifs and buts are there, don't follow giz . Get approval with desktop review and lab review then you can sell. No ifs or buts.
I agree bakky..... Only the best will be on the list....but theres a lot of if and buts in the.... Guidance...... given at moment
giz, really, I don't think it's vague at all. It's been put in place to bring only the best tests to market. Below makes it quite plain to me anyway.
To note, only validated
products, or products on the temporary protocol, can be sold in the UK after 31 October
2021.
Had a good read bakky.... I stand by my original post.... Its very vague .... Lots of ifs and buts
no probs!
Thank you......bakky
giz, I think you mean the original approvals for private use for travel etc.. This new test approvals only came in last October/November, called a desktop review, to then be followed by a lab review.
Here you go;

Hi bakky no sorry what time did you post will read.....
my understanding is if you are not on the lists, then you can' t sell until you are.. as indicated by NCYT in the link.
giz, did you read my post and link?
What does protocal mean byp
Gizmo….protocol ends 28th Feb 2022.
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-test-validation-approved-products/medical-devices-regulations-2002-protocol
Gizmo, Explain the RNS which detailed the circa £3m impact upon revenue having had to withdraw all but one covid19 testing product from the UK market?
At present, still have 8 products withdrawn from sale within the UK as not approved under the CTDA regulations.
Dosnt stop them selling them until contacted and told to stop.... That will change as covid decreases... And those tests on list will be the best.... Didnt take too long for genesig...

giz, are you sure on that? So why are NCYT waiting for about 8 tests approval?
Hi bakky companies can sell until told not too .... I would think being on the list will be a benefit in 2023... Cheap is good short term
Rodders, how are you on the CTDA rules for all covid tests. Is it correct you need to be on the approved list to sell product in the UK or is there another way to be approved?
Gizmo555/neilrich3 nice spot, the thing people who are questioning our companies transparency need to ask themselves a question.
Why do so many trusts universities etc use and trust our test. You and I know the answer, some others need to realise.
Neilrich3 Tks for ploughing on with info in the absolute madness of the last couple of days.
Your looking at the price byp... At this price theres plenty of value........ The contract dispute keeps the wolves at bay........
Gizmo…..I know, heads we win, tails we lose. It’s that simple. Value is far from protected, this isn’t a static market. We may as well fall on our double edged sword the ways things are looking!
Hi byp...... The contract dispute is a double edged sword..... Value is...protected....
