They've seen PROmate in Hong Kong.

The guy is a field service engineer, he installs, trains and supports users, he works on the clients site. Guessing he's in Italy to support customers in Italy, Switzerland and Germany.
I don't recall seeing PROmate
Seems I posted a corrupt link. - I'll try again:

In the photo's of the Medlab 2022 stall today, I have not yet seen a CO-Prep cabinet.
Anyone else have a link that contains one please?
Neilrich3 coprep has some form of data retention and to my shame I can't remember the exact words, I was that busy being nosy at the video of said product in the background, don't know if anyone else can help there.
Hi Neil you could be right , but those who attended Brum believed it had a software programme , has been out being trialled by key customers . Would prefer new "instruments " so hope you are correct.
I don't class Co-prep as an instrument, it can't measure....it is a device for sample handling. Also, more thank likely manufactured by a third party.
I feel that the instrument is more likely to be evolution of the Q instrument.
Hi neil,
Vito has liked two recent vacancies for YouSeq.
Of the 50 liking this link, twelve are from Novacyt, and one is from IT-IS.

Jim Wicks (and a few other YouSeq directors) were working at Primerdesign at the time of AIM launch, but left to launch You Seq. Ties seem to be strengthening with time not diminishing.
Hi Neil I posted this a couple of months ago on here , think at the time I /we thought it was to do with the MIA CoPrep. I don't know how to find old messages now so can't quite remember.
Yes, new instrumentations. Sounds IT IS. Agents out in the field. So expanding our direct sales team. Boots on the ground. We're the distributors just not selling enough or does DA not like what margin we were giving away. Is this a change of strategy I smell. Take back control of our international sales. Interesting
Hope we all took note of the following points within Vito's profile:
• Leading the software development for new instrumentation, tailoring it over the clinical data and customer needs.
• Daily reporting about meeting with customers, potential sales opportunities and issues encountered.
Specifically the software development for new instrumentation!!

Has Italy below his name.
Hi neilrich. I think i know who youre talking about but can't see how you tell he now lives in italy ?
Finally, some evidence of a European based field team, this chap is now based within Italy, before November he was UK based.
Wonder whether this was David hitting the ground running, immediately redeploying parts of the team into Europe, some of the 50 that were part of the UK based team.
