At least you got it Kaeren but then maybe you have to be over 50 and Scottish to get it!?
No offence to Gordon who I'm sure is a lovely chap!
After the disastrous turn of events at Bushveld Minerals I wanted to warn AIM investors that there is a concert party that ramped that share incessantly and caused a lot of individuals to lose significant amounts of money. You may have your own “to be ignored” list but watch out for these charlatans:
Sammy58
Fatbanker
IsleworthSpy
RichKen
Knuttie
Loudspeaker
Metatron
Clarkgriswold
faramog
Cindercone
It's the title of a song Amers , just banter 😆
Opinion - Dav - #tookyourtimetrollingthrough the posts?
100 who helped steer the Yourgene takeover from the Yourgene side?
"Whilst know doubt getting clobbered on his Yourgene holdings."..
Rees never lost a penny at Ygen. He bought just the right amount of cheap shares in the placing to get his break even to exactly the same price as Ncyt paid for Ygen.. Coincidence eh. Not! Watch out for the porkies too!
Gordon thanks for the link - click on 'timeline' for more information

Fighting to go in to the 70's, I like to see this around £1 mark, before the dispute.
Hi Wilson, with Novacyt moving the reporting of the accounts to sometime before the end of May there will be a four week closed period prior to that .Plus there is a lot of info relating to the dispute that is not in the public domain. So I can't see any opportunity for them to buy until the accounts are published and the final resolution for the dispute announced.
Harchris, thinking more and more about your post there and that makes perfect sense to me. IMO you’re spot on sir!
I personally think this may be a clue of what's going on behind the scenes... they know what's happening with the dispute and it's looking positive, so they are unable to buy on the open market whilst it's so low down here and instead they act now to at least gain whilst the share price is so low.
If they know it's going in our favour and will likely be revealed soon they'd either have to buy above £1.50 a share or wait many months to see where the share price settles before setting a baseline LTIP price... and in the meantime they'd be absolutely no incentive to maximise the positive sentiment that will come with winning the dispute, quite the opposite in fact.
This way is the only way to have them aligned from day one post dispute.
Hi Exmex, presuming they are getting the shares they can't buy at the moment.
Hi Handy111, it looks like they've settled for the easier option of reaching a market cap of 100 million instead of going for sales of 100 million. Should the DHSC dispute rule in their favour they'll have to really mess up not to reach this target at the end of 2026. What price would LR really like his shares to be?
Https://hallellis.co.uk/summary-judgment-applications-defences/ - Thanks Neil.
'What is Summary Judgment?
Summary judgment is a court order - judgment - which brings litigation to an end early.
The legal proceedings are brought to an end when, at a hearing of a summary judgment application a court finds that the CLAIM or the DEFENCE:
has no real prospect of success, and
there is no other compelling reason why the case should be allowed to proceed to trial.
Courts say that summary judgment is:
designed to deal with cases that are not fit for trial at all: Lord Woolf in Swain v Hillman (1999), the Court of Appeal
The judgment avoids a close examination of all the evidence which might be produced at the usual end point of litigation, which is the trial.
The parties are saved significant time, expense, worry and the distraction of enduring the entire litigation process through to the trial. There is no point.'

The court will also hear an application by the DHSC for summary judgment in relation to one aspect of its claim, as part of which the DHSC is seeking judgment.
If that one aspect is set aside by the court, what else is left in the DHSC armoury?
I'm wondering if it has ever occurred that the court decides the claimant's Summary Judgment application
is the case that has no real prospect of success, in which case settlement is early May.
How likely might that be?
Not on my screen Amers, just a second ago, was 67.2 ? Maybe it is that volatile ?
Ah well, thanks for the reply :)

"On 30 January 2023, Novacyt announced that the UK High Court had directed Novacyt that the hearing of the case between Primer Design Ltd / Novacyt SA and the DHSC has been listed to commence on 10 June 2024 and is expected to last 16 days."
...we know when and for how long, but should we expect a decision at the end of the hearing or will it be decided weeks/months later? thx.
