Don’t ask dan what he thinks. He was mocking me for buying this in the 5’s even though ave here is still probably under 3p. What a tool.
He missed out on BCN too. And I did ok on pfp. - got stick there too. What a wally lmao
You must lose a fortune on there markets. Were ever there is a spike you turn up.
Dan- personally don’t care what you say. Been here for years.
Dan.... What do you think?
15p values it at back costs so I think he's right saying 30p to be fair.
So Eyeguy you now think 15p is realistic this week yet a few hours ago you said the following “Far too cheap for this. 40% of this project. 30p incoming over next few sessions imo” so it’s gone from 30p to 15p in the space of a few hours, I see you haven’t learned your lesson from PFP. Doh!!
Definitely heavily de-risked now. Looking very good and I too expect a steady rise over the next few weeks. Information of FC will be the next thing to look for.
I don't quite agree that GE and CMEC won't take risks (this is pocket change to them) but do agree that we are looking very very good now.
I think this will keep rising over next few weeks. People talk about risk on aim. This has been materially derisked. GE and CMEC investing circa $600 million for 60%. Don’t forget- they won’t be taking risks and it must be worthwhile investing this amount of money. They will want to see a substantial return to keep their own shareholders happy. I did think there would be some churn as some folks were paying 2p only 2.5 years ago.
Would think 15p this week is very realistic.
Current mcap of circa £30 mill for this plus back costs is totally nuts. But over next week or so likely it should get to a more realistic level
To be fair I don't think it means NCCL will be the recipient of a 60m cheque, Hanno always said that some of the reimbursement would be used to maximise the economic interest in the overall project, and we still don't know what the actual terms of getting/keeping the 40% are. That is not in any way a muffled deramp by the way, I think this is massive and should be recognised as such, I'm just keeping my expectations realistic.
From memory I thought it was $60 mill total
Thanks for your help. Yes I was thinking what was said in that recent presentation.
Mike29 I think you may be thinking of the USD20m referred to in a recent presentation which covered the power plant only, which i think they said only accounts for about a third of the total project (i think in addition you've got to bear in mind mine cost, transmission, financing, shared infrastucture etc etc).
You thought wrong
Where does it actually quote in that Rns $ 60 million back costs? I’ve read through it and can’t find reference to that actual amount. I thought our back costs were in the region of $ 20 million.
Where is the leg up..... Hardly any impact and I have made a few percent as bought at the peak... Not familiar with these projects.. Assuming I hold to see the big boys invest? And then the sp rises? Advise please
Biggest deal on aim for years. Possibly the biggest deal ever. GE has an mcap of circa $80 billion. Big boys table now.
I think historical cost is $60 million from memory.
That’s the starting price now imo
- Parties have agreed that Ncondezi's historical development costs to date and the Parties' future development costs for the Project will be reimbursed in cash as part of the Project capital costs at FC through debt and equity financing, subject to approval by the Parties and Project debt financing institutions.
------
The Parties will now finalise and agree the joint development program to Financial Close, with a focus on achieving the development co-funding conditions starting with the submission of an updated electricity tariff to EDM and opening up tariff negotiations over the next 6 months. The tariff and PPA process is expected to leverage off existing development work completed and not require material external cost to the Company.
---
don't know the historical cost but i guess another rns should be due maybe within the month giving the full details?
Should be a great day and weeks now.
At bloody last buddy
Plus $60 reimbursed? That would be 2.5 Times current MC.
Hopefully after profit taking the news will filter through and we will begin to climb again over the next few hours/days
40% of a billion dollar project. Mcap should be over £100 million today imo
fantastic news for holders well done
Great news, let the fun begin
