what an unexpected delight to see a new major holder, a very pleasant surprise. Added to the fact we have mega news flow due this month; it's looking good here
Isn’t every share a trading share? Isn’t that how they go up and down like?
Nelly72
As ever - the uninvested, sad frustrated buffoon looking to annoy the invested
They you go Nel dog "a trading share". As such, when you appear it is because you sense a rise in the SP.
most definitely not DVH, this is nothing more than a trading share, anyone that thinks anything else is clueless
Nelly, I presume you're under water here given your negativity? I'm very happy and now 25% up on my (recent) investment here with plenty more to come imo. gl
you got to love the old BUY OUT Ramp ;)
You're correct, a long long term holder took 38% of the placing. Thats a damn good result. The warrants are at 6p and if exercised will generate £1.2m for NCCL. So for them to be worthwhile for any placee the SP needs to be >6p so 50% rise from here. Furthermore the company can force them after trading above a certain price and timeframe. So not exactly 'cheapo' warrants, they are worth good money to NCCL.
More to the point i sniff a buyout coming here so either get on board or miss out
Alex, they clearly bought them in the last placing as they have also been allocated the warrants should they decide to take them.....remember those cheapo warrants Hanno dished out......no opportunity to existing holders to get anything on the cheap, just his pals.
Now lets see if he can stick to his timeframe, or perhaps we will have another placing when the timeframes slip as per normal!
Would welcome opinions here and by no means a de-ramp as I am well invested here and I want to top up to average down. Something in my head (I am sure just human nature) says could this be another KIBO? So many plays on the go and nothing actually materialises?
Think Africa makes me nervous full stop but the risk reward is something I am happy to take.
One things for sure, you know this is on the rise when old Nelly crawls out the woodwork.
The recent TR1 was from a LTH who has been at the last 2 AGMs.... probably more but i know he was at the last 2 as i saw him. Not one of 'hannos mates' but a genuine long term investor.
Plenty of upside from current SP regardless of what they do. If what you claim is true, I'm sure with the milestones set to be achieved over next 4 - 12 weeks they would be sensible to hold.
I'm a little bit excited having bought in recently after the placing at 3.2p and 3.3p. Making a decent return and much more to come imo....
Don't get excited, it's just one of Hanno's mates that took some of the recent placing. The question is will they sell or hold!
Bargain down here.
