That sounds like a public sector recruitment process, where I can understand the need for transparency. Agree with Max, it sounds like this needs a decent headhunter to make sure that the right people get a tap on the shoulder. The best talent aren't browsing online job ads.
In my world, there’s a mix of headhunting / targeted recruitment in conjunction with the need for fairness and equality = a posted job ad
MrH_m, interesting job description, sounds like they are looking for someone to make it all work and generate money, which is a positive step in the right direction
I suggest that the person who can do that job will be on a significant notice period wherever they are currently working.
I also suggest that there are a very small number of people with a strong enough Cv to do the job, and that most, if not all, would be known in the industry.
Do such people really look at job adverts, or do they just get a telephone call out of the blue ?
