Mel5 thanks for your reply, been seeing the progress over the last year, and personally i think this has massive potential to delivery great returns for the share holder, just not understanding the negative posts about NAPS, as what they have said they are doing and when. i can see share holders being upset with the current SP as a lot of them buying in at the higher SP, but i think this is going to spike very soon.
Sorry, we should be in a position not to require further cash !!
CB, The business plan, presentation and the latest interview have all been consistent in their message, the company is solvent, it has sufficient cash to see through the business plan, the PR commences May 21, financials released in June 21, APP development brought forward to end in June, release of APP this year, based on previous experience, a beta will be released in the summer with substantial testing, my belief is the APP will be released early Autumn to coincide with various events already planned bearing in mind the latest COVID indicators. As our partners will be providing a substantial amount of the promotional events, therefore the amount of borrowing should be limited, also with sufficient cash to May 2022 and a successful APP we shouldn’t be in a position not to require further cash!! Success is just around the corner!! IMO GLA
question for the experience share holders, you talk about the current business plan is bad for the way they are borrowing money at present and this is helping keeping the SP low. we have been told if all goes to plan the company will be cash positive at the end of 2022, am i missing something here when you say we wont be able to borrow cheap cash going forward in the current set up?, when info has been released the price goes up quickly, but comes back down as there is no follow up info, maybe the figures when released in mid June might tell us more
Hi Iofas,
Having read through your post, I have to disagree with being ‘High Risk’ and the fact regarding borrowing cheap in the future. The strategy is to bring forward the development of the APP, we had already established mid-term funding and this has enabled the company to have funding until May 2021, this is 6 months post APP launch, therefore adequate time for the APP to attract new clients, also for our partners to acquire new clients, therefore without extra income we have sufficient funding to see us through!
Regarding the CLN’s, because we don’t have access to the deal details, it presumed by you the downward trend of the SP is directly related, this is a possibility, however it is also possible the ‘extra’ finance has proved a ‘risk’ for some investors following several comments by mm’s.
CLN’s have been a common source of finance for several ‘startups’ and companies sourcing ‘quick’ finance. Should the APP development be brought forward by several months this will benefit the company and investors, it will also provide our partners with a platform they can market earlier. Therefore, the mid to long term gains, should offset the losses of the current SP, however only LTH’s will benefit. IMO GLA oh by the way, Donald and his friends say ‘Hello’!!
Mel, you like me know that from every direction the CLN deal stinks and its implementation points to the untenable conclusions, the company is at a high risk and therefore it is no longer possible to raise cheap financing as they were raised from Grant , Lance and JG. Another point is a blatant managerial irresponsibility, together with intensify dilution rate which resulted in a 50% dilution in the SP. Yes we have $100m gross income, however this is not enough for expenses and salaries. The CLN deal points to something else, going forward subsequent fund raise will be even more painful in comparison to the last one. Soon we will reach 3billion shares and there is no more room for mistakes and burning cash for without tangible results. Unlikely will will drop below 2p which at 3billion shares will yield a figure around $100m, similar to the NextVR price tag. Claiming up from the current level will require tangible deliveries. AM childishly presentations will do nothing. Best for our ducks is to have a serious shakeup at the realm. That will give up a glimmer of hope to have a positive return somewhere in the distant future.
I would rather no one highlighted the share investment on any of the social forums, other than those for investors. It’s embarrassingly desperate and dilutes the strength of positive posts, as people will just assume they’re from investors rather than users
Question for you all, once the wheels are moving with the launch of this app, do you post in share investors sites, forums twitter, facebook etc and highlight NAPS shares and help get interest or let nature take it course ?
My ducks are very healthy and confident where their next meal is coming from, and all my shares are doing ok, some will take longer to mature than others, regarding your comment about the CLN’s, as you and your colleagues are such experts, it must be true the CLNs have an effect. Or Not! GLA
“curtail the SP declining further” are you on drugs Mel?
In complete denial...at least somehow you admit the negative impact of the CLN finance deal. I recall you rejoice when the pinnacle of stupidity dilution news came out. Don’t try to deny it is all recorded. Hopeless case, Even the ducks gave up on you.
Hi Mr H, it would appear a short video from the CEO has done enough to curtail the SP declining further, proving the market will move in a positive direction once concrete information is divulged.
With further news next week this hopefully will outweigh any negativity regarding the CLN’s.
With the lifting of restrictions happening around the world and the various government controlled events being carried out will provide satisfactory data for large events to resume enabling concerts to again be part of our entertainment. Have a great weekend!! GLA
It seems that all the excitement and storm in a glass of water of the last hot air interview, only created noise and ringing and eventually has evaporated like a fart in the wind.
Horses Gob - we will only get one chance at releasing and marketing the new killer app. Users are fickle; if we have a better offering they will quickly jump on board. If it’s rubbish they’ll never look at us again. Time for a bit more patience my pedigree chum
I think the company should have been trying to partner with Rotterdam 2021 - Eurovision Song Contest. Even giving this away for free would have been great exposure. However AM is very short sighted, doesn't see the potential of the VR/360 part of the business. All he sees only the big live concerts that come around once a year. With the equipment they have, they can do any location, even an artists home, yet even on a boat. They could be doing a couple of live shows per week. All AM is doing is wasting resource and burning cash on what he calls a killer app. AND yet it may be a killer for the company if it goes wrong.
Its about time he is forced out or step back and allow those with the skill set to take the company forward, at the moment its going backwards and rapidly burning cash.
Next RNS or News release I would expect in mid to end of June.
Start the campaign "ACTION MAN OUT"
All above IMO.
