Nothing great was ever achieved without a dream and imagination...
Absolute dreamers thinking this company is going to be taken out by some major.
You still dipping in and out KoK :-)
Yes MrH knows! And they ain't selling for less than $2 billion. All this is just fun and games now till the main event. So excited for you all!
A sustained SP rise (to the moon)
Coming soon !!
:))
Nope - the new app will generate the new users which will generate the agreed sale
A buy out is possible
But what about the effort made by the ex sky q developers on the new app? Will that work go to waste?
Hi Lofas - it has to be a company based in the states, and likely on the West coast. There is just no way Napster would have been on MVRs radar. Warrants have been agreed at 14/15p so I would be disappointed if any sale was not based on at least double that, so what’s that…close to $1b. This won’t happen until the user base is increased to at least the numbers quoted in the investor presentation.
Yes MrH
There is only so many times you can say it, which is why I haven't posted much lately. But the bears wont's listen.
Actually the bears on here are B's (bears without ears).
All the 3%-plus holders are still in, including the founders. That has to mean something. AM has even mentioned a take out recently, and it's the way business works anyway.
My thoughts are we may be looking towards this time next year.
2022 H1 report should be out around end-September 2022. This will include 18 months of integrated Napster streaming together with Melody's immersive VR which could be almost anything. Whatever, there should be some solid numbers to work with.
IMO I think they will want to do small one-artiste shows in front of up to 1000 or so fans, rather than large festivals. There seems to be a growing liking for this with performers, and it is potentially far more lucrative.
MrH, you expect a change of ownership, that is interesting, who may be the new owner? One of the distinguish shareholders? What realistically we can achieve ? NAPS is still calling over $100m per year. Okay not much left after expenses. Cheers.
Honestly - the exit strategy since inception has clearly been…sell the company. There is zero interest in making money at this stage, or in the sp which shouts out to me that a deal was brokered years ago, at a stage when key targets have been met. It’s the reason I’m still here despite my profit money being worth next to nothing! Do I think it was AM’s decision to buy Napster? No. Whoever will buy us is calling the shots here
NAPS price tag before acquisition was around $70m. Assuming EVR at zero value the SP should have been at least 2p. That is based on 2.5b shares. Dropping below 2p doesn’t make sense…well, AM impact is so negative I will not be surprised seeing SP dropping below 1p. Distinguished list of investors should kick out the AM and not wait for PM before doing that.
MrH, how do you view the way forward.
We have all heard about The Golden Raspberry Awards. I think a new award should be created and awarded to AM
The Golden Napsberry Awards
They will be no RNS until Christmas, then AM will pull out the VR cameras from storage and will live stream Bing Crosby's White Christmas with the aid of deep fake. He was like a little schoolboy when he told me yesterday, singing Coming Soon
Ooh
Oh Oh Oh
I get some headaches when I hit the heights
Like in the morning after crazy nights
Like some mother in law in her nylon tights
They're always

The same old babies with the same old toys
The neighbors screaming when the noise annoys
Somebody naggin' you when you're out with the boys
They're always
They're always
They're always
They're always
Coming soon
Coming soon on the outside of the track

I take it we're waiting on an intra day RNS
Or ..........?
Clever boy :-) think thats why it was shared... To show no big players were out
The only good news I can see in that picture is that none of the major holders have sold out since napster.
Bless him, Croydon has seen a Bloomberg terminal for the first time and has got a bit overexcited. You have to smile.
As much as I respect your enthusiasm Croydon, those positions appear to be 5-6 weeks old, dated 15th June when s/p was 1.97p. Assuming insider numbers have remained relatively stable, we've had ~350 million reported trades since then so it would be interesting to see what the latest institution data looks like after the s/p dropped by 40% to lows of 1.15 a few days back. All of those green changes could just as easily have been temporary based on a dip below 2p, swallowed back up into red sell off territory as heavier price erosion set in.
My concern is that it seems easy to glorify those positions if one doesn't consider the most recent information. Is this information available with yesterday's timestamp so PIs can better assess change? Something more up to date would probably provide greater confidence in what you have to say.
