The delay relates to discoordination between two of our contractors. It’s unavoidable as no development is done in house except possibly by the new full time government funded post doc
The optimisation of the nuvec formulation, as stated before was undertaken by nanomerics
The optimization work being done by nanomerics is fundamentally complete and has no bearing on the work being carried out by Evotec. Nanomerics is now doing parameter testing but the basic optimized particle is ready for use and was used in the pilot study by Evotec that produced the "fantastic" results. It was the rescheduling of in-vivo work by Evotec using the optimized version of Nuvec that was flagged by N4 months ago and which pushed the results of extensive optimized testing into the third quarter which is where we are now.
Hey dude,
Why would the instruction of nanomerics to undertake the works lead to a delay?
Evotec are a CRO who have been contracted /paid to do the work requested
The optimisation of nuvec was led by nanomerics and that’s why the results have been delayed
With the Evotec results drawing close I thought I would just remind people about the significance of these results.
You will remember that after successful in-vitro testing of Nuvec, Evotec decided to go straight to in-vivo work. A pilot study was conducted which resulted in "fantastic" results for Nuvec in-vivo. More extensive studies then took place and it is these results that we are currently awaiting.
However, if the positive Nuvec results are confirmed in the latest tests then the implications go wider than just the test results themselves.
As I have said before, Evotec are building a toolkit to not only fight covid-19 but also a host of other diseases as well. Nuvec is the only delivery system that Evotec are working on and a successful outcome of the Nuvec testing will most likely mean Nuvec`s inclusion into the Evotec toolkit. Apart from Evotec`s history of taking stakes in promising technologies and working with world-class names in the pharma industry, Nuvec`s inclusion into the toolkit would mean that every pharma that approached Evotec looking for help in developing drugs would be offered Nuvec as a delivery option. Being that Evotec are a world-class CRO then that would be highly significant for Nevec`s prospects.
Nice continuation today.... Could we soon be in mid-teens? Even better, will we soon get the news that would take us much much higher??
GLA
Closing at 9.95…… very very strong.
Waking up in the morning out of this share would be the worst feeling in the world when it drops
Haha 50p+ sorry
Won't be getting mine under £50p+ I'll happily wait. Rise and rise from here.
I'm going to keep hold of mine - I haven't got a huge holding but it's up 42%... I want to see how this goes in the medium term.
Oopsie daisy.
MMs took mine. Good to get these out of my hands with a tidy profit.
Well they'll take mine!
I just got a fairly easy quote for £6000 worth
Correct...they wont even bid me for a 100 shares
Can't sell any though ...
Can't seem to sell any though...
10.43 paid. Hang on to your shares. MMS need them
On my left is a nice coffee...but its now flying....just wait till we get positive news...
The thing is, there is no room at all, hence why a 100,000 buy literally means we move by over 1.5% which is literally insane for any share.
This is going to move at a frightening pace very soon.
If you look just over to your left you will soon see double figures
Now……
everyone holding for some potentially tremendous returns, NUVEC at a Pivotal moment & the market slowly catching on.
Of all my investments I believe that N4P has serious multibagging potential.
10.10p paid - this moves very quickly with little stock in freefloat.
