Looks like the SP has retraced a bit since the end of last week. Doesn't really concern me as it's not based on news so it'll be a bit liquid until some arrives.
Also appears that some messages this morning disappeared which is a bit bizarre as I don't think there was anything too bad in them, just some voicing their view. Not a big fan of censorship as it's always good to have a balanced view.
Anyway, cracking open a bottle of wine for an early start to the weekend, who can resist with the weather lately! A lot of us are sat, quite heavily, in good positions waiting an update but it's not healthy to sit worrying about the SP every hour. Get some sunshine! DYOR
People who doubt where this is going should listen again to Nigels interview. In relation to the MTA`s he says that N4 will do some basic in-vitro testing which won`t take long, and that will then allow them to enter into full licensing talks, and you know what that means, an SP multiples of where it is now.

Today won’t be better mate.
You just need to chill and don’t think about it. It’s not easy, I’m constantly checking the share price too.
It will happen, we know that because everyone in here knows that it’s worth as well as the risks, but we’re here because we believe a positive outcome is highly likely, and soon. Usually keeping people waiting means something good is coming…

Morning all Just want to apologise for the rant yesterday. I’m just frustrated with the SP movement, we all see the potential here but people sell with no need to. Leicester keep posting mate as it’s good to see and read. Let’s home today is better and I need to be patient and wait.

Leister, you used the word "meaningful" which you may have got from Nigel's interview. In essence, N4 will report meaningful news in a timely manner. By meaningful, they mean news that can be interpreted clearly and without confusion. Given how long some investors have waited so far, an additional few weeks should not be beyond them, as frustrating as it is. Nigel is now focused on getting licensing deals signed and the news suggests that he is targeting the biggest players in the pharma world with one Major interested already along with others. I am happy to let the news unfold in its own time, confident of a positive outcome.

It wasn’t directed at a single post and I’m clearly not here to offend anyone, i was giving my opinion to the overall sentiment from today’s posts and MayAnya did encourage other investors to request more news. I strongly feel this isn’t going to add anything positive to the ongoing works or commitments Nigel is engaged in, in fact it’ll distract his attention from the important stuff his investors want him doing. I’m more comfortable now than I’ve ever been, mainly due to knowing the dispersion is finally in control, this is more than likely one of the major contributors of previous talks failing in the early stages.
It’s definitely a shame to see the share price going backwards but that doesn’t affect the prospects, the size of the growing markets or the data that’s due to be shown to more collaborative partners. I’m going to take a break from posting for a while, will be adding if it goes back to the placing price, definitely not trading at the moment. Good luck

Pickuzawinnah, thanks to your research, that brought to mind the regularity or not of updates. Thank you. That proves that communication is as it should be, ie when their has been news to report. For the impatient experiencing frustration try a prospective mining explorer to really age you....

Leistertheinvestor, if your note was directed at me.....
You will see from my previous messages I respect your opinion highly.
However, as a shareholder, with what I consider a decent holding, I feel I am entitled to contact the relevant people with my concerns. In fact, if I had 1 share I would still let them know my feelings.
For reference, I went through the correct channels so the 'they don’t need impatient people bothering them' sentence is not relevant and could be considered a tad patronising.
Also, I am not a nervous holder, just a 'tad' frustrated.
If not directed at me I apologise but the above would be still apply

It my well be that they have had several opportunistic informal offers on a regular basis. I remember an Aim director telling me he used to offers on a weekly some times daily basis which you just don't bother answering. Nigel has consistently said he will take the time for the best possible outcome for N4P. When the interest gets serious and future potential partners decide the best use of Nuvecs properties we won't see the sp just bubble up a couple of pence.

I’m a little baffled. We’ve had confirmation that a major pharma had requested to do a sample transfer to test Nuvecs strengths for a gene therapy study. Another developer wants to test their own plasmid with our delivery system for another covid vaccine study. The team are involved in some really important discussions and arranging what could be our best chance of licensing and revenue producing deals, they don’t need impatient people bothering them. The last thing we need now is a terribly written RNS just pacifying nervous holders. They will update when there’s meaningful news, no sooner.
