The problem is perhaps Connie, she is out of her depth as ceo. The technology is fantastic but this needs a real leader to tell the story and attract investors. I suspect she is doing too much and can’t see the wood for the trees so the residual for time is shareholder communication which is therefore woeful. Like most small companies the advisors don’t give a toss unless there are fees involved so no help there. All imo dyor
Its weird.
Its reacted as if they have sold the IP rights in Saudi with zero ongoing royalties.
Apart from seeming to be a good deal you then have to ask what do they need the money for and could a discounted raise provided a better solution. I think the second one is out the door, it would have to be so discounted in this market as to double the share count.
I really hope they have been given a "pre contract nod / wink" somewhere and hint that they will need a bit of working capital to support whats hopefully coming, we live in hope.
I thought it was a really good deal. If I was a company looking to award them a pfas contract I would want to see a bs that had more than $300k on it and this sorts it. Their pr agency do zero promotion and their broker does not allow access to its research so I guess that explains the drop. I nibbled at a few more ! All imo dyor
Go on lob another 10k in ….when it booms we can zoom in on the champagne moment!!!
Rooney.
First and foremost all uk small caps are completely beaten up, even those hitting their numbers / decent balance sheet.
Does seem a massive strategic bet on pfas in the US. Hope they have something up their sleeve.
I have 20k shares here, might top up.
Cheers Skid for your views, appreciated.
I’m in no rush to sell any shares, but I’m probably gonna wait before buying any more…think my pot is down now to 30k in value.
I don’t do twitter or any social media so any thing you here pop in on here please if you don’t mind ..many thanks
With the current share cap of £13m and £6m due we have a value of £7m for the business.
Rooney.
1. The results coming in lower than the revised lower forecast doesn’t inspire confidence.
2. At the half year if memory serves the market cap was equal to net asset value. Selling $2.1m of assets for $7.1m and with today’s drop means a massive discount.
3. Whilst they are signalling they are selling for greater opportunities and return elsewhere, the lack of substantial news with $$$ or timescales is my real issue.
4. Slater on X seemed happy though.
Looks like the news hasn’t gone down to well , think we are looking at a long term hold now !!

A long time from any news here, news would be very welcome !
As usual when there's a month or two with no news and trades shares drop, small top for me this week at these levels.
Interesting seeing Nicolas Slater on X noting the current share price.
Wishing all holders a merry Xmas … lovely steady week , it’s time to plan for next year and this share will not let us down , add as much as you can afford the fundamentals looking very strong …
Topped up another 4k worth this morning again through Redmayne no problem so stock available but not sure for how long ,must be due some more news soon ?
Rooney, really hard to buy / sell in any volume (even a few £k) without moving the price.
Only my top up showing all day, and its shifted the price!!!
Absolutely.
Surprised to see the rise, if you RNS a contract clearly 100% legally binding without a PO.
Next news pre Xmas hopefully PFAS.
Always nice to see though Skid….
The whole business is going in the right direction and size of orders getting nice and chunky , the hiccup although unfortunate to this years figures will probably mean an increase to next years along the way !!..
All looking great for next year and an increasing share price ..
Well, what do I know about not needing an rns to confirm the PO ?
Nice to see the additional detail though .
View on cash required. Half year balance sheet skewed a little by debtors reduction which looks a one off.
Got 30K worth in here, up about 10k so been a great investment to date, im due another cash sum beginning of year so will probably wait till then.We are always in the dark as shareholders but my heart says it could easily double within 6 months from here....
Rooney.
It sounds like they have signed the contract which is 100% binding but it's just the formality of receiving a purchase order which is perfunctory, I don't think they're be an RNS for the PO receipt.
Could have done with a bit more detail on the customer - location, upsell opportunity etc.
No mention of cash, hope no surprises to the end of the year here. Revenue seems set here for 23, now about orders forming the backlog for 24.
I let this settle a couple of days, but might add as I've a nice tax rebate coming plus my standard 1.5k monthly sipp payment.
No one interested in the dropped price by the MM ers.... hopefully the price shoots up when the new contract is confirmed.
I think the reason for the 10% markdown at market open is that despite the good medium term news, the downward revision for 2023 means a fundraise of some kind is needed sooner than it was. Obviously huge potential here, especially contaminated groundwater from landfill. I think someone like Dupont will take a stake, or just bid for the whole business. This could easily come about in 2024.
This company keeps on growing and even with some unfortunate setbacks they are increasing guidance for next year.
Not a lot of volume really takes the share price higher / lower - as this morning.
A nice RNS, trading update will take this to £1+ particularly if it gets some PR with the buffoons such as Zak, simon thompson with the blind lemmings.
A real long term (3 years to retire) hold for me, I think this will gradually unfold and surprise through the years.
Another 5k bought last week.
Was thinking of sitting it out then looked at the accounts, much of the share cap backed by the net asset value.
I think one rns on pfas will take this to £1 - small cap and low free float with so much in tight hands.
