If the deal goes ahead, remember there will be an investment fund holding a considerable percentage of the shares. I doubt the Fund would be happy getting no return on its investment.
I think that there have been a few of us on here that have being saying for some time that the management were not up to it. We have also being saying that the technology is rather good but management were completely in capable of commercially exploiting it.
The interesting question will be if Brandon does start to make some traction on the commercialisation what will happen to MWG. I am not at all sure that MWG shareholders will enjoy all/any of the upside. What’s for sure is that the current management team are incapable of looking after shareholders interests.
Agree Ant.
Do not even want to discuss the share.
I can understand the wrath of those who have been here a long time. SKIN does not have the resources to do a takeover and is not one of the new investors. However, Skin does own Rhinocloud which has used, very successfully, its AI capabilities in water quality testing. A joint venture will be the result here, imo, using the international marketing and sales assets of MWG to the benefit of both companies. Brandon is about building revenue.
When a company flip-flops, it instantly becomes untrustworthy and you cannot invest with zero trust.
On top of that, Turner Pope shafted holders and clearly the business had little option.
That to me is a huge danger sign.
What really infuriates me is that there is a business in there - It's just run by utter idiots without the power in the city to progress. Bullied and pushed over.
This will be 0.5 and It's laughable how the SKIN CEO is marketing it on Twitter, like we're all stupid.
I do not take kindly to being made a fool of. It's toast.
Do I F**K - piece of crap, now.
The silence is deafening!!
Ant, Suhail? Disappeared. Wonder if they still hold, hmmm....
