I assume the price is only relevant if its connected to some sort of offer or placing, which it isn't in this case.
They'll need to confirm share capital and shares outstanding, plus any other material change to financial position as you say.
I guess the next step for shareholders will be an Extraordinary General Meeting where details of the acquisition will be revealed with an update on the future schedule, there could be a placing, however to my knowledge the company isn’t intending to raise further capital as this has already been done. As there hasn’t been any leakage around the deal regarding any back tracking it all looks on schedule to complete in November, personally I see no reason for the SP to be less than it was, I believe with further announcements in the pipeline the SP will come back positive with a good run through 2021!! GLA
If you google re-admission documents the a price for those is set out within them.
I don't think the price will be set within the readmission documents, nice idea though!
Again, this is down to the factors within the readmission document. The new factors are the income stream from Napster. The increased subscriber base (also from Napster) and the debt taken on from the acquisition.
Other unknown factors, so far, is any further partnership/tie-ups etc. and also the on-going Nasdaq rumors.
The price will be set and will be in the document itself.
All of which I am sure are being ironed out as I type this message.
OK thanks Keith, hard to say if new price will be lower (given placing/dilution) or higher (reflecting synergies between the two companies), let's hope for the latter!
Guide date end of November 2020. If not before.
The RNS does state this, and it doesn't prevent MVR from making any further announcements in the interim period.
I forget when the shares relisted, is it November?
