@Robidicus - that's the whole problem with MVR's use of the word 'LIVE' and the music industry too. In Kesha's case, this has already been recorded and in my view not 'live' at all.
I don't know why they continue using the term myself, just causes confusion - when they do really put something on live it will have to be called 'LIVE LIVE, no really this is LIVE, happening now', rant over.
I think its gotta be a practice session. The artists have to get used to acting alongside the camera positions, otherwise it's not a quality gig.
If you look at the Liam Payne gig, he knew how to act with the camera - it was rehearsed, nothing wrong with that at all.
ALEX
i remember , Mazza sense of humour reminds me of Codey , don't matter :)
I'm a bit confused as to why there are pictures of Kesha in the Melody LA studio when it would seem that the show is live. I've either misunderstood and it's pre-recorded or she's been in to rehearse (which I'm sure is more likely).
Aside, nice to see a ramping of artist popularity. Kesha is a big name, maybe not quite A+ list but a big name. This suggests that the channel is working and artists, or more likely their labels, are keen to put forward bigger names.
I've been in this share for a few years now and, pre covid, feel quite dispirited about the future direction and strategy. I now feel more confident than I have done for the past couple of years. I feel like we are emerging as the highest quality option whilst live gigs are not an option. I do think we need to move this month because someone else will nail it if we don't.
Lord...
Codey is not Mazza or Puddin. Codey actually had some knowledge on the subject and provided 'some' interesting views but was an obvious trader going by his / her hot and cold tactics. Codey was removed from LSE from a rather crude remark which was deeply offensive. Similar to someone else on here.
You can tell by Puddins response the penny perhaps has dropped, note his absence yesterday after a flurry of realization posts sent his way. Perhaps having had some time 'to think' he may offer something other than the usual script of moaning and down talking a share he's apparently invested him.
I agree Opti, the MVR board does need further bolstering and roles split out.
Opti
i have never called you any of those , and i understand your frustration .
A good question Lotdfony.Lets hope they break a habit of a lifetime an tell us,Some at Mvr really does need sacking.Yes I know I am clueless a snake a troll a flip flipper an a shorter.
Italian
that was a point pushed and a very welcome one , i don't know what / how the deals look but that fact is very important for the future buy out , IMO .
yes l/f the comments about funding were new and interesting. bearing in mind that these interviews are stage managed and that the question looked rehearsed, it suggests to me that this was something mar wanted to reveal and as such must regard it as positive.just my opinion of course.
Pud
i was saying Mazza = Codey ? but ok !!
Lord
Why do you say I can’t leave lsle alone.
Get a life
Mazza/Codey
Cant leave Isle alone , and he hasn't got any one to play with . much better interview with Steve , looks like Melody funds the shows , i wonder if that's 100% the lot , if so does that give us a nice slice ? and all the money spent so far is a brilliant investment if that's the case :)
Themis, I wonder if it's a press mailer that went out this morning and is just starting to be picked up?
I think the express and york live ones are the same company behind it all, there's loads of 'york live' 'kent live' 'devon live' sites that all run the exact same thing I've noticed about generally. (Usually click-bait guff too!)
The other link there wasn't about when I had a bit of a search earlier, either they've had the same press release or just use other sites as a source?
Either way, classic MVR waiting until the last few days before any promotion
yes he's not a fan is he.some of his tweets reveal an astonishing level of ignorance(or more probably bias)in relation to melody.
It's on more than one site:

Wait for that clown Mazza to run this down...he thinks we're the idiots.
if you google her it comes up now as first on top stories.just a link to the express article.
It really does look like that, they've got all the spiel of a press release, but literally no where else running it... Someone missed the "do not publish before 08/08/20" warning or something!
Wow she's huge. That's another great appointment. @Cheapie it kinda looks like the Evening Express may have broken some kind of embargo with this one, seeing as it's nowhere else. I'd expect other channels to have picked this up quite widely due to the scale of KE$HA's reach, so I think this is more a case of the publication potentially breaking rules vs artist/label/management/MVR not wanting to promote
Curious that hasn't been more widely promoted yet. She's quite famous.
Nice find Pete!
