Well done metro bank
Excellent news, this sets a precedent.
None of them should be rewarded due to the failings of the bank

Is this new news, or did I miss it earlier?
Hi, here is something I thought you might find interesting: - https://uk.investing.com/news/economy/big-bank-earnings-uk-gdp-growth-equity-outflows--whats-moving-markets-3430889
Will metro bank sp overtake lloyds ?
Criticalminerals : banks lways perform when the gap from borrowing rate to selling rate has a bigger margin and thats what we bigger profit , every thing else is just punitive adjustments
I really don't care what you think M3leki about my wa'🧇'ffling.
Trust me!🤪
U.K. economy gdp figures v good. U.K. economy about to start growing again and that’s when banks perform. This is a no brainer at 35p
Mate, you’re just waffling.
No one asked and no one assumed it was £0.70p. You just seemed to have commented for the sake of it. Nothing you have said bares any relevance to whatever agenda you’re trying to portray.
Excuse me I've touched a soft bone.
My point is Justdandy that is the past months posts we had some members saying that Jaime Gilinski Bacal was invested with an average of around max 70p per share which was very incorrectly said and nobody dare to say the obvious 🙄.
Anyhow, Jaime Gilinski Bacal is in at 39p and that's a good indicator for anyone who is invested under 39p.
Jaime Gilinski Bacal he's not the only one averaging at 39p from the list of the Metro company top shareholders owners. However, there's a majority of those listed funds averaging over £1 per share. Take it easy bruv.
What's your point NOFEAR?

Hi mt11
My apologies. I had entered an incorrect figure without noticing it. Thanks for that.

Bacal increased the stake to 53%. This was in the announcement and subsequent announcements.
Where are you getting 58% from?
Looking very good on the SETS board
Jaime Gilinski Bacal, founder of Spaldy Investments Limited owns over 58% of the metro stock with an average of 39p a share. It's no wonder that it keeps getting up no matter how much day traders try to influence its share price movements.
For anyone who believed till today that Jaime Gilinski Bacal was averaging at 70p, think again and I have solid evidence to argue anyone who contradicts me on what I've posted today. I shall upload proof to back it up so that the naysayers can scrutinise the financial evidence as extracted from an institutional investors grade and banking platform normally accessed for professional investors alike.
Try £1. Big turnaround well underway
This could be up to 50p plus in no time, looking to sell some stagnant shares & buy more in metro. The risk /reward here is phenomenal in which we could make life changing money GLA
This sp will rise wait till next figures , banks looking better and sp will rise for those who bought pre 30p we will be quids in longterm this maybe 1 -2 years
A sad site to see the share price for Metro Bank
Hope things improve for you guys

The bank will be taken over before any outcome from this silly drama is known.
Very true and agreed. I mean also to be honest take a look at AT & T today, down over 2% only for a data breach on more than an apparent "7 million client accounts".
