Institutions were happy to pile in another £10m!
Why not buy the whole company out for £20m? ;)
Mmm incorrect. Not moved on at all.
Got a very modest holding at current price for the long term. Happy to hold, as iv said if they pull it off, it will be massive!
SP Moves on after uncertainty of obvious raise removed, as a more astute lth mentions in this thread, trade the spikes. Gla
Well done long term holders, unfortunately you called it perfectly! I guess a Leopard never changes it's spots!
Long term potential is still fantastic. And the funding question has been erased for now!
All the best.
Great if you're right Sp28.. but there have hundreds lie you coming on here since 2015 shouting about a breakthrough moment about to be upon us - including me a fair few years back too - and this company has in many ways been one car crash after the other between then and now.. and most of those posters have run away from here, never to be heard of again, after taking hits to their wealth.
And to tell people whose views differ from yours that it's time for them to move is punk like behaviour imho. The next person is as entitled to their opinion as you are !
Generally speaking, my guess remains that there's a raise to come here - in the 20'sp I'd also guess - before summers over.... great if I'm wrong and they can get lending and/or sign some licence agreement with up front payment ...etc..
Not sure in what way I'm laughing at or mocking anyone. That's in your head...
I'm here to discuss MTPH. This is 'Midatech Pharma Share Chat', right? I'm a long term holder; admittedly I take profit on every spike and buy back in later but I'd still say I'm loyal and believe in the potential of the company.
You can't just jump in because you saw it suddenly rise and wanted a slice of the pie, then suddenly be the expert and flag carrier for the share. We discuss the company here, the ups and downs, the good, the bad and the ugly. If you don't like that that then maybe it's you who needs to move on.
Worthless, yep got you, very insightful ;)
I read your posts last week, and as assumed, pretty much ALL negative ;) why would you be here!
I think for your own sanity, you need to move on.
And having a laugh and mocking people losing money, im sorry in my book thats the lowest of the low!!!
The breakthrough, as it stands, is kinda worthless. It's only if a company takes the bait and a collaboration is set up that value can be realised. It's like inventing instant coffee, but nobody in the world has the means to heat up water, so the coffee can't be consumed - the coffee won't have any value in that situation (crude analogy, I know).
Also I don't believe the sp is being manipulated. It spikes everytime there is news; you can see on the chart that the spikes correlate to significant RNSs. I have a few vague theories as to why it does but nothing concrete.
Evidently, yes :)
In the last year, other than last July' spike to 89p, and febs spike, this has been consolidating in a tight range between 26p-33p.
Now ask yourself this question. How much value should last weeks 'game chaging' 'world first' RNS should have added? Definitely worth more than 0.75p ;)
Now currently 33.75p, upper end of the tight trading range for the last 12 months!!!
So basically zero value has been added on. Makes no sense. I think most/if not all would conclude this should be materially higher.
Dont know if its manipulation or not, but market has got this completely wrong! Not complaining, as this presents a massive opportunity!! If markets were 100% efficient, there would be no opportunity, everything would be priced correctly.
Over the coming weeks/months I expect this to reprice towards fair value. The fundamental news supports this. Sooner or later the mm's will have no choice.
(Covid stocks with zero revenue, promising breakthrough, in an EXTREMELY crowded market worth £200m-600m! We have a unique patented technology which no one else has, targeting a $154billion market. As Vivetek has pointed, due to evergreening of patents, big pharmas should be falling over themselves to working with us, and adopting Q-Sphera )
A little patience is always required.

You're quite bullish then ?
The way I see it, they have been digging for oil, and hit the jackpot. A few more wells to test, and then its towards full production.
The only difference using this analogy - Its the only oil field in the World ;)
