And ... this is the only one of my shares that hasn't been slaughtered today. Got to be a good sign.
Hope springs eternal in the human breast?
It’s been so much fun being suspended for 9 months but I’m not quite sure why a good few of you think this is going to fly ? I would love this of course !!!!!!
There was a paper written saying that Pangolin had a very similar disease to covid 19 and they may have been to blame for spreading the Virus but that’s nature for you.
PS I have not eaten either pangolin nor dog but I have retained a sense of humour even through Covid lockdown. You, on the other hand, seem to be on the edge of a nervous breakdown. Take a break from the call centre.
Sincere apologies. I honestly thought that at least some Chinese people ate pangolin, which is a great shame as they are endangered, and made their scales into medicines - which don't work by the way. I have also been led to believe there are dog farms in China, breeding them for the table, although I'm not so bothered about that as they aren't a conservation concern. In spite of these black marks I would never hold it against them as a race - I worked as a biologist in Malaysia for several years and some of my best friends (and enthusiastic conservationists) are Chinese. However, one Chinese party host got very mad at me once for refusing his shark-fin soup, something I still regard as a badge of honour as they are also critically endangered. I'm not keen on things being eaten to extinction. Anyway, let's get back to the work in hand - we are going to be rich very soon - at least if you have enough of these. BTW, you are completely nuts and I have reported you to the Institute of Psychiatry, no offence.
Why have 4 individuals found it worthy to uptick a point by jackdaw that to partake in pangolin or dog is deemed 'tasty'!? Lse you need to wake up early in the morning or this bb is going to seem rather noteable to media reporters of which I have everything recorded.
Kettle you need to rethink your comment
Jackdaw you have been reported by myself. You are a total ******. If it gets ignored then lse is corrupt. If you understand what your posts mean then you would apologise and anyone who agrees with him are beyond contempt. Ps all posts recorded and ready for our daughter to write a report on.
Should have looked at the label.. I mean collar.lol
Sorry, my mistake. It was a whole dog. Labradoodle I suspect but it was hard to tell.
Chicken Foot Biscuits all round on 1st June YUMMY !
Could well be up and running by 1 June by the sounds of the RNS. Now wouldn't that be nice....
Jackdaw I would like to call you out on your comment re foot biscuit. Trouble is my partner is from the new territories and has a very old claim there. One of our daughters is a teacher and reporter there, as well as her being unable to visit her family. So I assume the fact my partner cant visit at the moment is something you should give a rethink to your comment. I think maybe you are confused by something called a chicken biscuit. It uses flour, eggs and sugar, noteably cane sugar. It has the shape of a webbed foot biscuit and they use also chicken fat in it as they have very little access to butter. Would you care to reply before I report you for something my partner has just got rather upset by.
I had a foot-biscuit in China once. Think it was pangolin but it might have been dog. Quite tasty.
Kadlex I am in the same stable of thought as yourself. If they wanted a cash payment and do a runner then so be it. But as you point out that is not the case. The BOD although a bit re jigged are still there. One of my sentiments in life is never to consider yourself the expert when in charge but ensure you surround yourself with those who are and if they punch a bit above your weight and bring more to the table, then respect them, dont p××× them off and grab hold of their coat tails. Especially if they come to the table via a RTO. I would be offering foot massages and bourbon biscuits at the meetings to ensure I was not left behind. For the record bourbon biscuits are my personal favourite and other types of biscuits are available. (Disclaimer). I'm not even going to mention different types of massages but I hope this has a happy ending and things come to fruition. All best Steadydanny.
Nice to see people are believing again....did say chill out and wait for news a while back. Not long now folks...
In theory if they have taken equity vs cash that is a very strong sentiment towards the future of the business we are buying. The clearly are not short-sighted and want a quick buck.
9.38 - Kadlex. What you say makes sense. Especially when they (Bod) all waive cash payments. We all know how these folk like a good deal. If free shares out-trumps cash and they are all happy, we should all be happy.

Just a thought. The reason for the accounts/audit could have been part of a financing deal and also the re-admission.
I wouldn't at all be surprised if we don't see the prospectus this week. With a presentation in a week and a GM to vote on it towards the end of the month with the view to relisting a few days after.
My timeline guess is a relisting around early June.
As a LTH in big hole , all positive news Welcomed
Where there’s life there’s hope. Giddy up !
All I can say is yabba dabba doooooo!
I knew patience was required. I just hadn't realised how much patience.
Icing on cake might come too if they get some money for the iclaprim, which one day I still believe, may save the world from ABs that no longer work.
Whatever happened to the USA armies investigation into it? Zilch.
Bring on the new. Park the old. Fortune favours the bold.

Some positive news at long last.
Possibly, nobody says no to a free lunch unless another free lunch is better...
What would you rather take:
1. Take a cash sum and f-off
2. Take equity in a booming business at a low strike price
I know what I would take
In support of the transaction, the Board has agreed to forgo all previously agreed cash incentives tied to the occurrence of an RTO.
Does this mean they are getting shares from the new company because it will be worth a lot more?
