Hasiba - I dint know if it was on this forum or another but wasn’t there a calculation that meant Hercules put a value of 28m on the company with iclaprim ( I seem to recall it was a calculation involving the warrants and outstanding money due to them ) That would make the 5p about right wouldn’t it?
Was holding on valentine day massacre at 44p!
I know. LTH
5p was the price these shares opened at once it was announced they'd A) Failed the NDA and B) Had to do a re-test ..
Thanks. I’ll be happy at 5p. Small profit but that’s all.
Morning TheDolloo
You asked at what price I would cash in?
There are two scenarios here as I see it...either all this RTO will end in a partnership like agreement mergers like with another company who is willing to invest large sum into developing Iclaprim OR an RTO like any other like complete acquisition of Motif for a certain sum of money and then get listed on the market..
I think it is going more like the first scenario but in both cases tge SP should go much higher than the current one. I will be in a very nice profit any price above 1.8 p as I now have a big holdings after adding lately at 0.42, 0.78 and 0.95 to my old ones..
I guess the SP will be-north of 5p but only guessing and hoping ..
All the best
Hasiba, what price would you cash in? People talking anything from 4p to 40p

Just noted my buy today is showing as sell!!
How many of those are there....!
Very well and all the RNSs were positive since..
Today RNS confirming the appointment of the new brokers to facilitate the RTO....by several interested healthcare companies and Iclaprim is now connected to its use in Covid19 somehow which is a new fact too as per the RNS ,otherwise why Motif current bod appoints a broker?
To me this is very near the endgame play with much higher offer than the current SP...so I added a few more today before the close..
Facts are there to see and Motif now has a strong pulse and out of the ITU!
As Always Dyor ..high risk play here but imo with a favourite odds..
