Back in with a goodbye punt, could well be madness but I dodged a good part of that last collapse.
Coming days this will get interesting..Iclaprim will be bought, it just about how much they can get for it (too much invested in this and will have hugh demand when approved). Hercules happy to take warrants and big holders stop selling so my gut feeling things are moving now behind the scenes.
perfectly possible latino.time will tell.gla
Good point. But I think Hercules will be heavily involved in the sale and most likely have a buyer lined up (their other associate companies). Well , they need to appoint a NED now to complete the winding down..
good point private ryan re no mention of nasdaq delisting.the RNS of 25th oct refers to its potential value and that a decision would be taken about this bearing in mind its value.not sure how this would work as they have had a formal deficiency notice so would seem they would need to get the s/p up to the required level to retain the listing.im not clear about this and perhaps it would require some sort of process equivalent to a RTO here.anyway at the moment its just speculation but it may be that the residual value will be higher than we think.also much will depend on what target can be found for RTO here so should be an interesting next few months.latino could be right but personally i think the result of the EGM was pretty much nailed on as the only way to secure an orderly wind down and preserve some value.they may have a buyer lined up for iclaprim but i don't think the EGM result carries that implication per se.
Not sure I fully agree with that point re reassuring voters before the vote Latino. I voted for because it keeps hope alive ie Tina! We will see ... but I still reckon they would not bother with all this if they expected a surplus on sale of a few grand. But wouldn’t be the first time I have misjudged this share ! Good luck
Interesting indeed, personally resigned to think they won’t get support if they don’t find a buyer by GM...but it appears they have full support of shareholders meaning they have have assured them of sale and a buyer? Also Hercules fully satisfied and onside:
- Hercules is expected to relinquish the loan guarantee provided by the Company and relieve Motif Bio of any future obligations to Hercules or Motif BioSciences Inc. ("Motif Inc.");
-- Hercules will be granted a perfected security interest in all of the intellectual property of Motif Inc.; and
-- Hercules will receive a warrant option for an additional 20 per cent. of the Company's post capital raise share capital at an exercise price equal to the Placing Price of 0.42 pence; and
-- Motif Inc. will wind down operations (see below).
No confirmation that they will delist from Nasdaq? Hmmm. May be a good sign of future value as I think the Italian mentioned
