Is that for me or Midas, bottom line is we were both right, this has dropped everyday for over a week now and ever since the rampers where whooping it up regarding Lombard then suddenly disappeared.
I found it strange that it shot up on the Lombard news anyway, they had a placing so it was obvious an institution had taken the shares, its like having an horse race at Ascot then being surprised a horse won that very race, lol....
You guessed right once does not mean you will always be right
One of those holdings there Amphion. - they have delisted now. Another share if you look back and see that I warned people about - they were totally reliant on Motifio passing stage 3 trials. It was their main holding so when it dropped over 90% in a day they were finished. This was a good gamble when the share price was 0.04 it’s now ten times that. People suckered in by the rampers.
But what would happen if there is a RNS saying we are in talks will some ?
Shares will be suspended is the answer to that question, but they have been saying they are looking for a RTO since 2019 and raised capital 3 times since then.
But what would happen if there is a RNS saying we are in talks will some ?
LOL, Lombard are selling their holding down, you and i both know there will be another RNS soon reducing further, which will take the SP down further, we both know that, that news could drop anytime very soon.
“ Like i said they are tiny amounts “
Yeah I mean added together they are only .... what 25-30% of the total shares in issue! ..... mere peanuts!
Bobby it’s 3% to notify the market and lodge TR1 but in the interest of transparency although there is no legal requirement to notify incrementally below 3% almost every listed company will have this information available if a holder once was above that limit.

There you go!
Like i said they are tiny amounts and if you don't think ii have held stock in numerous companies that have gone bust, you are just fooling yourself, also i think the 30% sell off by invesco and peel hunt is more telling than the few fractions that some other ii hold....IMO
And this is what they need the money for something big is going on gla
Correct as of 11.57 today
https://www.marketscreener.com/MOTIF-BIO-PLC-21452909/company/
The percentages are after as far as I’m aware
Also how do you know they still have them, as i am aware under 5% there is no need for a disclosure RNS
Most of those holding are tiny excluding Lombard who are selling down their holding, what about invesco and peel hunt who have in the last few months sold off about 30% of the company they held.
Also are those percentages before or after the massive dilution ????

I just need to correct you there, i have never said this will go down to the placing price of 0.42 and i have never ever told anyone to get out and if you can find where i said that i will apologise, but i know i never said it....thanks for your reply though.
I didn’t answer as I’m working and a wee bit busy today.
I’ll agree the zoom, kerboom, time to strap in we’re off to the moon merchants are every bit as bad in my opinion you are two sides of the same coin!!!!!
When you was telling people after the placing that it would go down to the placing price when it was sat at 0.6 and to get out and it in fact went up to 1.7 do you think you cost people less money than Riddler , Moneymunch etc who told people this would soar and it in fact went from 0.6 to 1.7 and now back to where we find ourselves today ????
No I don’t think you are capable of moving the price nor do I think anyone ramping can but what you both can do is change sentiment in a share. Even more so when you repeat falsehoods ie motif don’t own iclaprim being the big one!
I would still like your opinion on why so many ii remain invested surely they would have exited this by now?
Hi Bobby,
I wasn't actually aware that any 'luring' had taken place.
'Falling knife'?.......we'll see.
I wish you well
After your reply, i really don't know what your issue with me being here is then, you did not answer if you were going to track the ones down who lured people in, sure you wont do...
Also understand people topping up to try and lower their average hoping it goes back up to their lower average to try and get their money back, but there is a saying about trying to catch a falling knife......
Without 'skin in the game', your opinion doesn't carry any weight.
If only someone had told Lumsden that..........
Bobby, with all due respect, there is no such thing as guarantee when investing.
This share could fly or die.
People make their own choice.
Without 'skin in the game', your opinion doesn't carry any weight.
At a push, past investors in any company may have a bit of info to offer a warning.
Like others have previously stated - there are other shares out there where your valiant efforts to protect investors cash might be more appreciated.
I wish you well
I think everyone knows the situation with iclaprim as it stands, I think people now know that they are just a cash shell, I think the way it is dropping some that sold will be happy as they did not lose more money, I think if anyone did not buy because of my balanced posts will be glad as the SP has just dropped and dropped, and I think if you think I can influence a SP with hundreds of millions of shares in issue you should not be investing, and I think why is it your not tracking down those people who were luring people in with their constant ramping of this stock and not calling them out on it when some people are stuck in here between 1p an 1.7p.
Even now if a RTO happens there is no guarantee share holders will end up with a SP higher than the current level.....
Rosie if I’m wrong on this I will be out of pocket I’d have more respect for BF if he opened a short position to be honest!
And if we are wrong we are in good company ....

But I’m sure BF can explain why these stupid organisations haven’t sold out ( invesco are also invested in Lamellar by the way )
BF.
“ i have seen a lot of posts asking questions that are totally basic stuff that with 10 mins research you should be know,”
So as you have done the necessary basic research I can only conclude that you have been deliberately misleading newbies with regard to the ownership of iclaprim which is just as I and many suspected. If this does turn out how we are hoping I just hope you are here to apologise to the people who have sold out as a result of your posts ...... but I have a feeling you will disappear as quickly as you appeared!
