Excellent post Elsol and I personally think you'e spot on.
Just took the opportunity to soak up a couple of grand more at 0.5p - think its a bargain price for what could be ahead here in coming days/weeks.
By the way, I strongly believe now the complex RTO of choice being put together is a 3 way construct of Lamellar Biomedical, MGB Biopharma and MTFB - it would have 2 phase III assets giving it institutional investor appeal in the near term R&D portfolio at low to moderate launch probability risk and also a longer term core technology of the LAMELLASOME platform. There is enough here to attract good sized investment for Covid/urgent global antibiotic initiatives and CF/gene therapy delivery in respiratory IMO. There is also a good story that UK Gov't and Scottish Enterprise can promote to justify their part at national and international levels within global health initiatives. If you think about it there was the perfectly timed Non-Exec appointment of Chris W who is a Director of all 3 entities and also it is a few weeks later MGB announce successful phase II trial results on a new mode of action antibiotic -needing considerable equity investment (list needed?). If you are in any further doubt have a look at the shareholder base of Lamellar and MGB - high concentration of same investors co-working together (Scottish Enterprise, Barwell Plc, TRI Capital) - no brainer....they all have a vested interest to grow shareholder value of these two entities together and what better timing to RTO into MTFB "cash shell" with a resurrected respiratory antibiotic with a globally emerging anti-microbial wall of capital? We will see if I am right very soon I suspect. I'm sure the paid de-rampers will jump on this message; have a think on it overnight and go with your gut feel. Good luck all.
Given the mistaken euphoria from Friday due to mis-interpretation of the loan (security) being paid notification from Company's House (not!) then this will trend to around 0.40-0.50p I'm afraid yet again IMHO.
