Finncap are their nomad and broker so should have a report out in the next few days, which will be free to access on the finncap website
Correct me if I am wrong, But with revenue looking at minimum 52m a year, adding in the new shares we should be at minimum 0.0615?
Test
allay flogging their shares into the rise or are they locked in?
20p ?
Mcap 31m atm
Of say £ 24,000,000 this year not including other contracts. What’s the mcap here ?
A really positive RNS . The additional 211 million shares allocated to Allay in the recent deal will be admitted for trading today but the dilution is more than compensated by the huge increase in revenue imho.
“ Mporium has billed revenues in excess of £1.0 million for each of the past two weeks. For comparison, H1 2018 revenues totalled £1.2 million”
All in sticky hands ( very sticky)
It has gone through, the new shares will be issued tomorrow

Home :: Regulatory News (RNS) :: New Agreement for MporiumX Regulatory News New Agreement for MporiumX Fri, 8th Feb 2019 07:00 RNS Number : 4375P mporium Group PLC 08 February 2019 08 February 2019 Mporium Group plc ("Mporium" or the "Group") New Agreement with Sports Media business for MporiumX Mporium Group plc (AIM: MPM), the technology firm delivering event-driven marketing, is delighted to announce a commercial agreement for its performance-led trading division MporiumX with a leading global sports media business. This new direct-to-brand agreement represents a major milestone for the recently launched MporiumX division. Under the agreement, sporting events will be used to drive subscriptions for online sports streaming through the deployment of IMPACT Sports Syncing technology. IMPACT will use these events to deliver dynamic campaigns that are contextually relevant to the target audience, providing far greater engagement and scale than is generated by traditional static campaigns. MporiumX is currently active with four clients for Sports Syncing: three sports rights holders and an application developer. The emotions that sporting events generate are immediate and profound, but these moments can also be fleeting. Leveraging these moments requires technology that operates in real-time and at a global scale. Mporium's Chief Executive, Nelius De Groot, said: "This latest agreement represents an important milestone in the development of the MporiumX division. It further validates the opportunity we see in this market and demonstrates the continuing success of the MporiumX proposition. "Under Tom Smith's leadership we have proven the value of leveraging the highly emotional moments that
Buckle up today this is going north MASSIVELY
Companies where an RNs or broker figures tell the market that a £30m Mcap company who is already revenue generating suddenly has a £2.5m per month increase in revenue (for instance), where the market has already known about this and then everyone rushes in because the the tie up with Allay is just the beginning and such companies as Microsoft and Google are looking at this through Essence and Jellyfish. Hmm!
Someone loading up again yesterday
Did this go into auction at the end?
I can only imagine that interest will quickly start building here. This merger will generate single digits £/mth in revenue for this little pup!
I for one am excited about the prospect and look forward to the build up to the meeting and formalization of this merger and the contracts also to be announced!
RSW66, thanks for posting that article . Market finally appears to be getting the message today . Up 9% with good volume increase .
