The collectable World Cup football cards and album by Pannini is being launched next week, August 25th.
This signals the start of the build up to the upcoming tournament.
Tick tock
This simply wont remain under the radar too much longer
With 2 contracts from Mexico in the bag I think it's a perfectly reasonable question to ask if everything is in place.
In fact, using September 1st as guidance is also perfectly reasonable.
You could argue that between now and then news will land to confirm. There's a ramp opportunity there for those so inclined.
Me: Anyone know the expected launch date of this metaverse thingy ?
Guzz: My guess is that with the Mexico contract due to start on September 1st they need to get everything up and running soon.
Me: Two weeks then Guzz, I would of thought this would be all tested and ready to go by now with just a few tweaks to suit each client. ME ain’t got time to put his feet up if that’s the case.
If you can see negative undertones within these posts you’ve got problems City, seek help before it gets any worse.
Dentist, with all due respect what are you talking about? Of course he hasn’t turned up with a couple of sheets of A4, who put all those questions in your head?
Hi All,
Firstly the 1st September is simply the date from which we have "global exclusive right" ... "to use the Mexican national team commercial and intellectual property for the sole purpose of the production, promotion and commercialisation of collectable trading card NFT products (the "Agreement")." This does not mean the launch would be on the 1st September, though we would obviously want the launch to be as early as possible. I would however want all of the systems behind the launch to have been tried and tested and to be 100% functional at point of launch, therefore if getting this right took us further into September I would 100% be happy with that.
Making 1st September a hard target date provides zero value to investors nor to the business itself and I believe it is City's point that this then sets the company up for a fall when in actual case this is not a deadline set by the company, but simply certain investors. I totally understand City's frustration around this and I am also a little frustrated that certain investors or altruists feel the need to set a date for completion, I am sure the MOS Board and employees are well aware of the timescales behind the contract and would not have accepted the contract particularly on these terms (1st September) had they not been in a position to deliver.

With all due respect do you think ME is turning up to these clubs without a working , albeit beta version, of the website showing exactly what it can do? Do you think he's turning up with a few printed bits of A4 paper or a plan written on the back of a fag packet? Yeah that's going to do it for one of Mexico's biggest teams and the national team!
You know well, if you have ever tried to do a sales pitch, you go armed with a full presentation and working product!

You've asked a reasonable question and I've provided a reasonable answer.
If there's no news on the website launch before September 1st then you could argue there is a delay.
And we all know how the market perceives a delay.
But what we do know it they are targeting the World Cup.
How long before the media really starts marketing the upcoming event?
I'd say October, 6 weeks prior before the excitement builds so at the latest that's when MOS should have everything in place.
Despite the shenanigans that have gone on at the beginning of the year I now feel a corner has been turned.
Any news from now on (except dilution) should have a positive effect on the SP.
Exactly the point silversprings, can’t sell it to anyone if you haven’t got a working system.
City, can anybody post anything on this board without your paranoia of negativity or reality getting in the way? If I wanted to post something negative I could ask when the next fund raise will be as that could still be an issue. Of which you failed to mention yesterday as to why the sp hasn’t hit the moon.
I find it almost inconceivable that organisations like Pumas and the Mexican national team would have signed the scale of contracts they have, with the timeframes linked to the World Cup, if they’ve not seen a market ready version of the MOS metaverse. A complete non starter of an issue in my view. I’ll wager it’s ready but there’s little point in formally launching until you’ve got products to sell, hence the deals being struck.
Two weeks then Guzz, I would of thought this would be all tested and ready to go by now with just a few tweaks to suit each client. ME ain’t got time to put his feet up if that’s the case.
Or maybe he's taken a much needed break, feet up for a couple of days. GLA hoping for big things here later this year....
The fact he's still there i'm expecting another top for team to add to our client base. Maybe more than one.
Probably busy testing at the moment. Lets hope for a glitch free launch!
Additionally, the NFTs will be sold via MOS's telco contracts globally, its LiveScores sites and Apps and the MOS Metaverse website.
My guess is that with the Mexico contract due to start on September 1st they need to get everything up and running soon.
Anyone know the expected launch date of this metaverse thingy ?
