Yes,
I'm doing the same, holding and waiting. I expect more drip feeding of contracts to come through as more contracts are announced.
The market seems to being in a world of its own when it comes to recent RNS across my holdings. All news being positive the market still drops every time. Hold tight I guess and hope the trend bucks
Very encouraging results this morning.
Hopefully a move north today
The company is already valued at 'mad' multiples of 'non recurring' revenues. 'Mad' because the growth rate in those 'non recurring' revenues are non existent on a true like for like basis as per the last Q1 numbers. So unsure why a pilot converting should drive a significant upwards revaluation unless it was for a very substantial TCV.
Look for evidence that the company has invested and continues to invest in world leading AI dev. It hasn't and I do not see any going forward. Getting on Frameworks and obtaining pilots are easy. Has it really developed world leading IP from so little investment?
This company and the 'Exec Chair & Non Execs' have very poor form. They are exactly the same team that promised world leading Fintech IP at their AIM launch. It was all smoke and mirrors until the story was unable to be kept going, the Chair then uses the remaining company resources to rescue a private investment he had made and gain control.
Again, very poor AIM communication and visibility. It looks like the same playbook.
Phermic - you have some valid points and asking what has happened to previous pilots and why haven't they converted to recurring revenue. It may be due to speed of rail company procurement processes and an update would be good information.
However, the company is not large, it is winning new pilots, is on vendor lists in America and so only really needs to convert a deal to make a significant change in valuation. I am prepared to give it the benefit of the doubt.
So on balance and after considering pros and cons, I still think the risk is worth taking as the upside probably far outweighs the downside in my opinion. Only time will tell and my position size isn't that large but with a fair wind who knows.
It's not yet a first win it's a pilot. Just like the ones 'won' in Japan & Aus!!! Look back at the RNS posts. How about more informative updates, like potential contract values and MRR numbers. They do not give any recurring revenue numbers as they are either zero or very insignificant. That would be a disaster to the share price for any sane person running the MV/ARR numbers. Any idea on the Dev resources building out this product? Nope, not disclosed. This company should have a 'Red Flag' warning.
This is great news.
I do have one slight criticism, which is that they could do with more regular RNS updates. There have been other updates I have only learned about from following on LinkedIn. Things I think the shareholders could do with knowing about.
Great to see the first us win in any case
Yes they seemed to have done quite a bit - getting onto vendor lists etc. Let’s hope it can move more quickly to cash generation from pilot studies.
First paid foothold in US - pilot project on the Union Pacific Railroad.
Things appear to be progressing and developing nicely.
Still got my long term hold view and don't see why >£1 can't come in the not too distant future.

Interesting release today that supports my thesis that this is principally a Drone mfg with a surveying arm. Nothing wrong with that, but gross margins will struggle to hit 50% and hardware is a very tough business without scale.
Sure, they would like to generate subscription revenues. However, the investment required in the platform and functionality would require significant resources that this company has never employed and still doesn't. I would have expected the 'Executive Chair' to have notched this lesson with the spectacular failure of the banking platform solution.
This company is worth 10% of the current price but very tightly held so I don't expect any significant fall in the short term.
I have emailed them for some clarification and will share what they reply with
Usual very poor transparency from this company. No ARR information, appears projects still in evaluation stage, no information on product development and significant losses as I expected. I guess that's why this Chairman loves AIM.
Given all the hype driving MV to £25 - £30M. One should expect circa £2.5 to £3m ARR giving a 10x ARR value. A 10x value is about right for high growth SaaS tech companies like this one.
Anyone else with any view?
111 - Where is your research :). 'This is a Cloud based platform offering insights to banks' -- They exited this area two years ago!!!!

This is a Cloud based platform offering insights to banks and infrastructure customers'
YAWNSVILLE!!!
so why has it increased 16% in the last few weeks, the chat is sepulchral, the area safe and unexciting.
Answers on a postcard please.......
Hi
I think to say it's undervalued is a stretch, but the SP IMO has a long way to go.
There should be contract announcements soon, with the new US guy and all his contacts from previous roles. Hopefully, anyway.
And Biden's stimulus plan focussing on railway infrastructure, all things bode well in my opinion.
Hey! Would you guys say Maestrano is undervalued ?? and if so, why? x
IMO if this closes on the high then the push to 20s is inevitable.
I think this year will be the year when significant recurring revenue contracts are signed at which point a true valuation can be assigned (x10 recurring revenue)
another dummy sell trade on HL. 50k shares and quoted 15.35p (against bid of 15p).
signal for another leg up me thinks
Phermic,
I have neither the time nor the inclination to debate. I carried out my own research at the start and have a sizeable amount invested here from my research and I believe in the company and their IP.
You feel otherwise, I get that. I myself have had the urge to post on stocks that I strongly disagree with, but I have held off, especially when I have not invested, which I presume you have not.
Let's leave it at that. Good luck to all
The point.... bringing attention to boards that have history of deliberately providing shareholders with information that misleads investors on the true potential of their product/service/asset in order to pay directors remuneration.
The MCap is over 10x revenues. Revenues generated from services and hardware sales. The company is also loss making and cash negative. The product (that fits to drones) offering increased LIDAR performance is up against much larger players. Do you really think that a company with such a tiny headcount can keep up with major hardware players. Look for their technical specialists and research the backgrounds. Its just a drone surveying company (maybe a good one). Its not a great tech startup. 10x revenues???
When the fundraising starts, will the insiders who own 50%+ of the equity cough up any material amount. So.....what dilution will existing holders have to take.
Please engage with the debate.
And the majority of your lifetime posts are spent deramping MNO, what's your point?
Robrin
I have researched it. Why is it unique? What IP makes it so valuable and why are they not showing any recurring revenue? See you are also interested in CloudCoCo.
