I'm trying to fathom what on earth they could have done that might be deemed criminal, and how they could benefit from it. Were these deals done with brown envelopes or what?
perhaps it's taking so long because they are all negotiating their severance packages!
People running this can only retire afterwards unless they start their own business. No one will touch them.
Do we know if "formal" does mean police or a forensic accountant in this case?
Has there been any indication of the MMX definition of formal?
agreed, if IIs bail we are all fooked... but who would they sell too, its not like we have highly traded stock... they could only look for a buyout whch may benefit us all and allow us to get out of here..
if it's just disgruntled Pi's then that's not big a problem. It's if the big boys start, which I don't expect them to. Markets down everywhere. As for Hall, well I have been saying it for years now about his competence as a ceo!!
Well we are going to hit the 3s soon. Sells at 4p now. If you look back to the RNS in 2016 with Tobys appointment I guess the writing was on the wall. Looking at his previous roles he never had anywhere near enough experience in this space. Im feeling quite foolish for not having seen this before and not following the smart money when SJL bailed. Not sure i can risk getting out now with such big losses sitting there.. catch 22
maybe they should have suspended the shares whilst they fecked about trying to sort this out?
NT to sell even 100k. What a disaster Toby and co have been for shareholders? Same cannot be said about themselves, those pockets must be getting very heavy.
