Thanks Hall, useful post. If you don’t mind me asking what’s your average here?
Do we know what is the highest price Griffiths paid in the last 12 months, can’t have been much if he increased holdings on the 19th May when it was around 0.10p? Can’t see any other declarations of his purchases
You can still buy and sell a de listed stock , it just will no longer trade on the main market. They are probably hoping for the sp to drop during the de list so they can buy back at a more reasonable price . OTC stocks don’t have as strict rules and regulations as main market stocks ( buy back being the 52 week high). That said I like the company and think they are delisting to better the company and IMO they will get a better deal selling or buying back after de listing, which could be their plan. That being if they want to fully go private. The truth is no one really knows what’s going to happen but I have read some good educated guesses and imo there is more likely a profit in the near future for myself.
Hall123 just a novice here why would they do a buyback when they can just delist the shares? I noted in resolutions they passed the ability to buy back in the last rns. Is this gunna be down to the wire then bought out is that possible as would have to be accepted and they already passed the motion to delist . All very confusing
I'm not entirely sure what will happen, I resided myself to the thought that I will lose what I have invested here. RG clearly has a plan, however I reckon us PI's will get screwed over. Obviously I hope that I am wrong, but time will tell. All the best everyone.
I am purely in this because this company is de listing with no serious Financial problems... does anyone else smell a buyer or buy back ?? GLA, feeling this is a lot less of a risk than most make out.
Latino - I would just let it go, you are only doing yourself harm by getting wound up by the spread. I agree with Mibo but I think it’s all irrelevant as it’s 2 very simple choices now with this company and has been since the AGM:
1) you are in for the delist and accept the risk or reward for what that brings - which I think most of us are doing (I have never been in this situation with a share before so am curious if nothing else)
2) You sell, but accept with no market here that you are not going to suddenly get 0.5+!
Good luck everyone, not long to wait now
Fins
Not creating a market here big spread no live quotes why thats the case no definate idea but its got rid of potential buyers ive taken a punt just going to hold them as its a decent company
Like I’ve said I’ve been following price action for 4 weeks now, everyday. Trying dummy buys and sells, is how you know what they’re doing. Anybody following this share will tell you how hard MMs have manipulated this. It’s that simple!
Don’t do stories or tales Just facts...just telling what I’ve seen with the price action. It’s up to you to believe or not, each to their own.
I have to agree with MIBO here, large spread is due to how illiquid the share is and the risk that the MM's are taking to make the market.
Latino is spot on here sorry.
Now your misleading...I tried that’s why I’m telling you..if you don’t want to believe then it’s up to you. Also I’m not one of those to mislead and give false information...but if you do dummy buy/sell you will see this.
Don’t agree and very certain you’ll be proved wrong. This is because I’ve held and holding shares that have not only low but lower volume than this and they don’t have such reductions spreads....last week they put a spread of 150% on this stock!
I’m giving you my thoughts based on facts and actual trading pattern. Based on printed trades all trades today are buys. Youre giving zero facts but just a theory of yours which has no justification behind it. So, let’s agree to disagree and see how this plays out I think!
Just to prove my point, try small dummy buy for £100 - they want you to pay 0.38p when they’re only allowing sells at 0.2p...so who on earth is going to buy. If you can’t see this then I don’t know what will!
Don’t think it’s buys they want...they want people to sell! Otherwise why are they going to such lengths in spread and SP manipulation!
I am just stating facts. Do you even know what the MMs were offering first 5min if trading today? Let me enlighten it was 0.17...!! 50% drop from yesterday close!!
Now is that not day light robbery and disgraceful SP manipulation?? If you think not...then good luck!
And why is there no demand? Because the spread is horrendous, who is going to buy with a 50% spread? I'm holding but it's hard to see this one recovering up to 0.7/0.8 levels with these Shyster MM's manipulating things!
Think holders here have a pretty good idea...what’s going on here...MMs greed and severe and utterly disgraceful SP manipulating now.
Yesterday close buy price 0.42 sell 0.35 today all buys but greedy MMs want 0.37p to buy and selling at a disgraceful 0.2p - drop of over 60% on zero justification - zero sells - zero news!!
I thought that once a shareholder held more than 30% of a public listed company, a mandatory offer had to be submitted?
I have just checked the MMC website, which has BlueGem Delta Sarl at 31.29%?
Lombard buys 25% richard griffith buys 23% look at holdings rns they know its delisting why
Would they bother if they cross 29.9% they might want to takeover or is there another plan who knows
It speculation but there must be a plan otherwise why buy such stakes
So all this buying ain't for nothing unless there's a cunning plan maybe it involves a turnip
If this manages to delist and no cunning takeover then shares will be worthless?
We’ve known this for a month now lol
