Agree Paddy, September will be take off time, but I think we will see plenty of buying before then, this is one of the few shares that still hasn't seen any Covid recovery bounce.
Yes Brazos I think this will soon pick up steam on the potential for big turnaround from Sept on
They are probably seeing what we’re also seeing..huge potential for this company, and they are doing something about it.
Awaiting update, but looks like Spreadex are up to the third largest shareholder now.
It certainly would be nice to know Spreadex Ltd intentions, especially with another large chunk of voting rights.
Some info from Malvern, definitely required.
Spreadex increasing holdings again! Any thoughts ??
Yes it would be good to see some level of update on progress with the funds recently received!
Well that was an uneventful day!
Update definitely required.
Yes, I think we need three things for this to take off...news, news, news! I’m however confident that it’s all coming, we need to be patient.
Wonder when we will get an update next, funding in place, market recovering fast, bound to be increase in business but we need some visibility of this, all very Quiet on company marketing front...
Onward and upward form here now that market reopening??
I think we’ll start to see a rise soon, hopefully numbers starting to pick up and with view of profit on the horizon, this could recover quickly when that becomes apparent, basis here for a great recovery business
People are loading here, most if not all of those trades showing as sells are actually buys. I added a few twice this week at a price just shy of 0.21 and they both appeared as sells. Let’s hope it will take off soon..medium term I’m looking at 1p. They may do a share consolidation in the long term.. looks like a good long term investment in my opinion. AIMO..GLA
Just had a looksy on their website,

Looking forward to this week, I think things are about to get very interesting.
Nice steady rise from here I expect, agm on Tues, all shares on market by Wed, hopefully everyone it it for good rise from here, would be good to get some news, new additional partnerships soon also
Set up really nicely now though to capitalise... and funded to do so, building team, website much improved, just need to get the word out and bums on seats & online!
I have no doubt plenty going on behind the scenes in terms of taking advantage of return to classes, other companies going under etc as per update, but I’d like to see a bit more visible marketing from Malvern in terms of rebuilding class numbers and capitalising on opportunity ... any thoughts?
Agree, strong technical now aligns with the growth and large growth potential of the company. Just keep the news flow coming please, that is all we require.
All technical aspects of this company chart are exhausted. All what is needed now is an RNS and the price will fly.
Growing further.....
The organisation is currently in a period of rapid growth and is looking to employ an experienced Head of Admissions and Compliance to support this growth.
Hey Cancello,
Yes quite exciting, no big sell off of placing shares, those subscribing are in this for the medium term gains incl Boost and Co primary lender, likely to be takeover candidate once recovery becomes evident in numbers, interesting to see if they get more pathways numbers this Sept and increased NCUK Sign ups
OK, must admit Wey is purely online and MLVN only slightly online but todays bid for WEY is on a rating of 7x sales forecast 2021 and PE of 117.
MLVN now has the money to more or less match the sales and profit forecast for WEY in 2022 but is selling on a sub 5 PE and 30% of sales. Agreed its early days but certainly massive upside and todays placing gives them the money to do the job.
Very exciting.
A big large underpin that was Go Paddy. To raise another nearly 50% extra tells you there is plenty of demand here from investors. Expect this to move up strongly in the not too distant future.
Wey bought out, some major consolidation going on as well in the sector which bodes well for Malvern especially with funding sorted for the next 12 months.
This is positive raise and I believe the market see it that way too.
Mr T
Not at all HBURGH - good to see recovery today, some pretty hefty commitment at 0.2 so expect it is at least underpinned here and hopefully onwards and upwards now with funding cushion
