Nothing guaranteed as ever but with c6p of cash in the bank and a 51% holding in the Rare Earths project that's already had £12m ploughed into it to get it to BFS stage this year, you're (if my math is right off the top of my head) currently able to buy into that £12m of investment at something like 20p on the Pound at a c7p SP here so if that doesn't net us all a very nice win down the line at some point then something is going to have to go very wrong here to end up with a loss from 7p :)
Yes being brought down on a very low volume by MM's to create volume. Standard stuff on AIM shares where no news due.
Thanks again. No news is often good news. I am sure this will come good. I have done lots of research but the only foolish thing is putting a lot of my eggs in one basket. I got caught out before but then again that investment had a serious cash issue and MKA does not. The BOD has no need to ramp this for a placing and as we go into Q2 I think buying interest will start to build. This looks a good buy at this level and if I am right investors will soon be scrambling to buy in at over 10p. Have a nice day.
Afternoon.
Psychology does indeed play a big part in trading/investing and, yes, the wait is the hardest part for many/most :)
Cash, IIRC, is at c6p now BTW so they're sure to test that/shake down to around there IMO, hence the comedy bunched "sells" to break her down.
Dry powder at the ready chaps.
SR you're not a fool. Have some conviction in your buys. Psychology plays a big part in investing. You've done your research. You've made your purchase(s). Now is the hardest part. Waiting whilst all is quiet... I think we'll all be just fine. If this goes below 7p then I might have another nibble myself.
Well done SR - nearly at 1%
I don't think you're a stupid fool at all - sometimes not looking for the quick buck and having some patience is the way to go.
We're currently valued at cash in hand which is nonsense.
Very best of luck to you (and me!)
Thanks guys. I have bought over 1m and starting to think I am a stupid fool. :(
Evening Bonker
The other thing here is that the share price can move quite rapidly on very little. There are not that many shares in issue and a large percentage are stuck fast. Am looking forward to the rest of the year
Evening.
There was always going to be one final/forced dip before the news that counts starts dropping this year.
I'm still here and still accumulating - these things have a habit of pivoting around new ISA dates ...
I agree to an extent re promoting the company but there is a big difference here compared to a lot of others.
MKA do not need to promote as they don't need to push the SP in order to raise finance. We are fully funded to BFS and potentially to mine construction. No dilution here.
MKA have always been this way and, while I would personally like a bit more news on progress, they only release news that is material to any project going forward.
Anything that anyone needs to know has been RNS'd already for those prepared to do their research and have patience.
In the meantime, this is cheap as chips in my opinion.
BFS is progressing; Chinalco have publicly stated that they would be interested in supporting Talaxis re construction and have entered into a MOU with them; demand for RE's is not going away. All is good!!
tough old markets at the moment and lot of PI's skittish. MM's delight in dropping the price and small volume. My only criticism of MKA is they do not promote themselves enough. That said, if everything falls into place then a higher SP will be easily achieved at year end.
Nearly back to cash value. AIM is crazy ATM. Full of P&D's on illiquid stocks. Money being made and lost elsewhere. Our day will come.
Of course we all have to wait to know the details. All this is just speculating.
Aggressive debt repayments could be excellent news.
Yes I agree this will delay dividends if there is little free cash BUT profits are based on interest charged not the loan repayments and the quicker the loan is repaid the less interest will be paid. Great
greendave66 - I said 7-10 years before MKA shareholders could see any real cashflow from the project. The mine should be in operation in around 3 years from now.
You have to realise that Talaxis will be organising finance at the project level, not into MKA.
We have millions in the bank and a path to production. 7-10 years to get it out of the ground, I really doubt it when we already have the finance in place (fully funded). I see big movement over the next few months as this progresses. Rare Earth Metals are the hot topics with the EV market exploding around the world. We will see!
