Not sure what baby he's referring to?? If it looks like a ground breaking, pioneering, government backed company that appears certain to break out in the States....... with Hypromag written on its tiny forehead I'll probably hang on to it. MDA news tomorrow, anyone??
I just read his posting history and it seems like that's what he actually does. Weird. Maybe a bot.
Petroinvestor do you just go round all the boards deramping and saying “don’t be left holding the baby” helmet…
I wouldn't mind the volume here at the moment is a trickle and many days there aren't even any posts on the BB at all...
I'm always happy to read share relevant posts myself
"be wary of anyone who is trying to pump a stock without any legitimate reason."
Also be wary of people who constantly tell you to be wary. They're probably trying to instil fear into you and they're not exactly doing it out of the goodness of their heart. It always amazes me that these kind of people think that we would believe that they spend their time as some kind of charitable endeavour going around bulletin boards trying to warn people of the perils of investing. Maybe they also spend their weekends standing outside betting shops pleading with people not to go inside, out of a sincere concern for random people's financial affairs?
Nah you will see a small buy of mine here this Friday as I've been nibbling for months... not pumping anything just sharing info... I think pi's can then make their own minds up on if or when to buy or sell :)... not got those see-the-future goggles you clearly have on :)
Crumbs is posting nonstop. All small buys are yours, and small buys from free trading apps. Lol.
Always check the post history of anyone who is pumping multiple stocks. These people often disappear after they pump a stock, leaving investors holding the bag.
Don't be left holding the baby here. Do your research before investing in any stock, and be wary of anyone who is trying to pump a stock without any legitimate reason.
'The European Commission’s flagship annual event, EU Raw Materials Week, is scheduled for 13-17 November 2023 in Brussels. The conference gathers a wide range of stakeholders. The key focus this year will be the European Critical Raw Materials Act and will cover topics related to critical and strategic raw materials, strategic projects, investment, permitting, exploration, innovation, circularity, international partnerships etc.
REIA is joining as an organising partner of this key annual event in the raw-materials sector. We are developing a full-day programme specifically on the rare-earth-magnet value chain in partnership with the European Raw Materials Alliance (ERMA) and SUSMAGPRO. REIA will lead the session on international partnerships and investment, where key government stakeholders from the EU, Japan, the USA and Canada will join.
The EU Critical Raw Material Act stipulates that at least 15% of annual EU consumption of strategic raw materials should be derived from recycling by 2030. The SUSMAGPRO project involving key REIA partners has been a key enabler for realising such circular-economy targets. The project is in its final phase, which aimed to develop a recycling supply chain for rare-earth magnets in Europe and to demonstrate the effective re-use of recycled rare-earth materials within several industries. SUSMAGPRO will showcase the final results of the project and demonstrate a number of case studies during the conference.'

Malawi has no REE processing capacity nor as far as I know do its neighbors I do not worry about that at all its politicians speak they are open to negotiating everything! But they need the mines up and running ASAP and she is frustrated at the delays
Processing in Pulawy doesn't sit very comfortably with this. Maybe a percentages of material to be processed abroad/in Africa agreement is being negotiated.
Seems a very competent lady. The microphone looked very comfy!
Well, we can at least expect Lotus to make an announcement about their potential MDA in the coming weeks or at least before year end so I guess from that we will have an idea of progress if Mkango doesn't get in there first that is :)
They will happily take our cash, but the jury is firmly out on whether we get anything approaching a decent ROI for this next round of handouts/investments.
That quote sounds rather ominous to me, meaning I have my doubts, but hope to be wrong, naturally.
Happens all the time that
My earlier purchase is showing as a sell...strange website this..
'“We are trying to learn as much as possible from our big brothers, who have been in the industry for a long time,” stated Monica Chang’anamuno, Minister of Mining of Malawi. “We need to have one voice – African countries should start approaching critical minerals as a bloc that can allow us to control the opportunity. We would like to partner and build country-to-country agreements with other African countries with the same minerals.”
“Tanzania has a gold refinery and is developing refineries for nickel and graphite. Other African countries can use Tanzania as their gateway for producing, processing and adding value to these minerals,”said Kiruswa. “When you have value addition in place, the multiplier effect is tremendous.”
UK pledges R20 million
The UK will help African countries identify and develop bankable opportunities within their critical minerals value chains, with a view to promoting responsible exploration and development, capturing greater value and effectively managing extractive sector revenues
During the summit, the United Kingdom announced a pledge to help African countries expand their critical mineral supply chains – with a focus on promoting mineral exploration and processing, generating value-added activities and creating local jobs.
“African countries rightly have a high level of ambition for unlocking the value of their natural resources and the UK will work with them in partnership to support delivery of their ambitions,” stated Ambassador Antony Phillipson, British High Commissioner to South Africa. “We are committed to increasing our investment in the continent and strengthening the transparency and resilience of the supply chain for critical minerals – creating green jobs in Africa, while taking action on climate change.”

The proof in the pudding is in the eating, crumbs.
Until those public 'servants' actually walk the walk, the market is simply no longer going to give any benefit to the doubt on Songwe.
Nor will I, until or unless we see the ink dried on this never ending saga.
So, this is a 'hold', rather than a 'buy' IMO.
It is only the big inside purchase of the CEO, plus the interesting and ongoing progression of the battery stuff, that has kept me here at the time of print.
'The price of Neodymium rises to the highest since April 2023, with further price increases expected

She seems to get it ... much better than those that come out derogatory 'middlemen' comments

Little mention that we are still in the frame towards the bottom.
Buy opportunity. I'll be waiting until the end of the month to see financials.
Really surprised that the share price hasn't moved following the announcement that the UK and US governments are now involved with the recycling side of the business. This is potentially bigger news than the MDA for me, because of the contracts/expansion it could lead to. This share is so far under the radar it's unreal.
Planning to invest????
