Nice 100k buy :)
Hi RM, my strategy is to build. On the dips from other profitable stocks. I don’t have targets but over the next 2/3 years I see this building on several positive news stories. I’ve sold few this morning only because I have a hot stock I needed some funds for. I see the magnet story growing this to at least 30p by end of 24.
Jmho
Any chance on that Telegram link
BTW - I was impressed when they said they still had £2m of cash left recently - they've obviously kept a tight rein on the spending which is nice to see for once on AIM.
You have to give it a couple of years IMO - they've just started earning revenue in what could be an enormous industry going forwards and with early mover advantage - more ESG money will continue to come, price will rise etc but if you want £1+ then you need to sit on your hands for a while and let it build.
Traders will slice/exit on spikes etc of course - like some did this morning - but then they lose out when bigger picture/longer-term holders like me catch their shares and keep hold of them :)
Likely growth dividend player within 5 years ...ought to reach it's REE UK peers Mcap when MDA is in place and the follow on newsflows arrive...so it can triple in sp quite fast if those pieces come in to playas expected soon
Whare are your guys strategy?
Anyone out if MDA drops?
Anyone in for long game?
Great news, but not the news we are due!
I managed to grab that 26.8k @ 11.8p - see how she goes - such an exciting company, I genuinely think this could be at a quid within a couple of years with all the UK/Poland/US plants running plus the mine, if it ever happens but the mine is starting to become the lesser factor now, even though it could quite easily be worth 40p on its own down the line.
I cant believe they said 1000t/pa
Bit of a fight at the 11s price I paid the other day ahead of this news.
Will slowly rise to 30p+ now over the coming 6-12 months
Technology proven, commercial scale production incoming mid 2024
20tpa ~ $1.4m USD
100t/pa - $7m USD
1000/tpa - $70m USD
(no including tax breaks, or premiums for recycled magnets)
(using current Yuan pricing https://tradingeconomics.com/commodity/neodymium)
EU CRMA to pass this week: https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/ip_23_5733
Highlights
- 15-25% of all domestic production of RE's must come from Recycling
- All electronics must be labelled within 2 years to clearly show what critical minerals they include (feedstock)
Valued at £17.5m post Cotec investment (20%)
Post Period Highlights
- Added value of 3x US plants funded by Cotec holdings corp or external financiers ($30-50m USD)
- 1x fully funded pilot plant in Germany (ownership increased to 65%)
- Full Acquisition of HyProMag UK
- Wind Turbine Project (£1.4m)
- MSP selected Partner
- UK first NDFeB magnet production in 20 years commissioned
- Initial 20t/pa revenues to commence immediately
- OEM interest (Tesla? Apple?)
So its safe to say its worth more than the £17.5m valuation Cotec put on it last year, they recently 25 bagged one of their other 4 investments https://www.cotec.ca/_resources/presentations/corporate-presentation.pdf?v=0.909?v=0.294?v=0.923
Songwe MDA supposed to land this month, we will see (I cant be bothered worrying about that tbh, it will come when it does)
Mkango Current cap of £29m - upside is really astronomical vs the starting price. Id say theres a lot of hurdles to pass but weve already jumped them now, just sit back relax and let the investment community take notice as we start increasing revenues, sign major partnerships and scale globally. Simple.
Excellent news. Once profit takers gone it should continue rising. If not today then in coming days
Great news.
Important for getting funding going forward too, with commercial production targeted for mid 2024. Nice income stream to secure funding against.
Songwe Schmongwe!
Morning.
Off we go :)
Great news, would be good to see this in mainstream media. Looking forward to the MDA being delivered in the next week or so.
Please Could someone provide the Telegram link.
Much appreciated
Excellent news for the company and coming at just the right time. Clearly the start of a global rollout for this excellent tech over time. Germany, US, ROW. Huge opportunity here.
I also liked this part in the RNS....... 'Mkango is also developing a further pilot plant at Tyseley for long loop recycling via a chemical process, which complements the HyProMag short loop recycling process and will also be commissioned in the coming weeks. Material for chemical processing, including swarf (the powder produced from grinding and finishing magnets), will either be processed in-house by Mkango, or in partnership with third parties.'
Major milestone for Hypromag, this is big news. LW, I agree with you, this is bigger than songwe . The potential is huge and as it’s an MSP supported project should attract huge coverage. A great hold for rollout over the medium term. As it’s the first production of sintered magnets within the UK for 20yrs shall attract significant publicity

Excellent news!!! and so it starts! Hypromag working!! Agree, the recycling tech will bring in multiple £Millions in revenue at the scales we're talking about!!
Great news….
More significant than Songwe in my opinion.
Up to 1000 tpa now potential, that's 58mill at today's prices.
A diamond in the rough this one.
Indeed. If the news does come it will be crazy couple of weeks. Still not decided my strategy.
