Lol, 3 deramping posts out of nowhere. Give it a rest.
There is a mix of buys and sells at this level. Positions bring established ahead of additional newsflow.
The large buy by Mr Dawes should calm your nerves.
Too many agendas to see this fail. It won't! Give it a rest China FUD merchants.
Some of these 'sells' must be buys otherwise the sp would have dropped lower. It's a good sign they are being mopped up.
long time shareholders have been taken out back to the wood shed for an old fashioned woopin. surely there can be little doubt left about that
Only going in one direction until until MDA approval.
hate to tell you guys but there is nothing even remotely positive about hundreds of thousands of shares still being dumped at the pp price. we have been left swinging in the wind while we wait..... and wait some more
Like I said above, I'm bored. Will carry on waiting as long as it takes, but can anyone post links to past hopefully recent vid presentations ? Couldn't see any on Investor Meet. Ta
Financing/money is the key to any company's market cap swell regardless of what anyone says. Yes, sentiment and news lead up, plays a good part in the narrative, but financing/ cash in bank to pursue more money is the foundation to any stock, especially medium to long term stocks. I've been in MKA coming on 8/9 years, watched it tick all the boxes with regards to due diligence and now we're close to the summit of the mountain without a doubt!
The company has been in talks with financiers since last year, slowly putting together a plan on various scenarios with regards to the mining licence, (MDA), which is the key to opening the door! It satisfies our needs, MKA, and it satisfies the Malawian Govt.'s needs. After that's completed financiers will make a swift plan to either get to production or we'll be bought out... and trust me there's plenty of interested parties out there eyeing us up!
In my personal opinion we'll be bought out, and at a good price!
financing is the gift that keeps on giving
How America plans to break China’s grip on African minerals.
Sorry, it's behind a paywall. I suppose it doesn't mention MKA, but it probably confirms what we know already. Nevertheless, if someone here is a subscriber, maybe he/she/it could post it?

Dog...Do some basic research ffs!
I like the fact CoTec are raising more cash possibly for increase holding stake in Maginito?
MDA will defo take up past 20p, and Financing won't be far behind at all IF not already agreed and awaiting MDA final draft terms!
Has to be one of the worst deramps of all time that, simple check on the RNS feed would have clearly shown that a placing has already taken place, it's also pre-revenue lol
in other news cotec have raised a bit more dosh

Doubt that very much. Company looks good, but the increasing losses are twice as much as the cash. Looks like they are going to need a discounted placing to survive.
Bit more interest this morning - well done Sigas10 could be down to you!
Don't be naive. "Getting done shortly = offer us a bigger bribe!"
It's very encouraging but it is the same minister that if I remember correctly said by 31st of January. If nothing else, it confirms it is on its way, at least the reply wasn't "MK who?". I've convinced myself that the delays are to tailor the MDA to something that is both agreeable and matches finance criteria that is lined up in the background which would make it all that more juicy when it lands! Exciting times!
Just seen the comment on Facebook from Ministry of mining Malawi replying, basically saying that MKA will be getting their MDA done shortly!

I can feel it coming in the air tonight!
Those 2 '??' Were meant to be a laughing face
My view on the word "soon" is so warped now i still dont know what to think ??

Will Pencil 2063 in for the MDA and if it lands earlier, ill take it as a bonus :-P
Focus should well and truly now be on proving and scaling the recycling tech, using any proceeds we can get from operations or sales in Malawi
