All well and good but not a single number mentioned in the RNS as usual
Increased sales revenues will be circa ? EBITDA ?
How about a profit forecast god forbid ?
Heard it all before and it will be sometime before you see any improvement in the accounts btw
The spread has jumped to keep you locked in now
the company sound confident and I am hoping the new sales executive boosts the business and the company at last reaches its growth potential.
Oh dear F**kandles; it must be agony to witness your hard earned investment being wholly misused by this company, but many thanks for keeping it afloat during these difficult times!! :)
So it was the Touchvision acquisition which got the £2.77m of goodwill on the books - thanks Rocka, I wondered if that was the case but didn't know for sure. £2.77m is still an hilariously huge (and highly convenient) intangible sum to keep on the books.
So long as the auditor keeps signing-off on it, etc.
Sheissman, it's a good indication of a P&D scam when the local pumpers lie about dissenting voices.
Keep it going - this messageboard is looking more like a P&D ghetto the more you post. Nice work
SP down again, heading for its true value
Thank God 4kandles pumped all that cash into the company at the 50p SP; he has helped to keep the cashflow healthy in order to pay large salaries and other inducements! Many thanks 4kandles!!
They acquired Touchvision Ltd in 2005 when getting admitted onto Aim and changed the name to Mediazest International Ltd
4k do you know what the acquisition was that created the goodwill?
I challenge anyone wto justify or even explain why there is £2.77m of goodwill shown on the balance sheet. So long as the auditor keeps signing-off on it, this joke will be allowed to continue with the fat cats picking-up their salaries and juicy interest payments paid to you-know-who.
That's probably down to ep and f not recognising goodwill in their valuation. Same auditor for both companies. In one they recognise goodwill, in the other they don't. Any auditors on here that can explain why?
OK noted Rocka. That means they value the company at 199k. Ouch.
EP&F are listed as a significant shareholder regards MDZ owning 1.87% of the company, 4kandles has already posted what that equates to in monetary terms which is barely nothing.
4k you do raise a good point re ep&f valuation of mediazest shares. Looking back through the accounts the first mention of this is in the 2016 accounts value 8.5k (although 2016 refers to a 2015 valuation of 13.5k). Since then its been up or down a few k each year. Do ep&c undertake their own valuation or would they be happy to take the nav of mediazest annual accounts and multiply by their interest? It strikes me they probably only have a negligible holding that has always been worth bugger all when considering the valuation in 15,16 etc. Still can't nail it down though
Come on, you can do better than that f*ckandles; leave the cliches and well trodden "pump/dump" retorts behind and think of something more original. I now where you can buy a great book of quotes, costs about 50p (an amount you are very familiar with) :)
You're just another failed pumper, scheißeman.
Oh, how the truth hurts. Yes the SP is low but at least I am still in profit....you must be crying every time you look at your bank, sorry post office savings book!! If you have any more spare cash to fritter please send it my way!! :)
scheißeman, how are you enjoying your 0.014p valuation in this garbage stock? (thanks Rocka)
The market makers are doing you a massive service by offering you 4x that on the bid. Maybe time to cash in your 100,000 shares? (that's 14 quid according to Lance's mob)
BTW I own zero shares - thankfully I'm not a moron.
I'm surprised at this figure 4kandles when you consider how much money you have pumped into the company; surely they have not misused your funds :)
I posted all the detail and LSE removed it. They value their investment at only 0.014 per share which is far from today’s price here. There’s been a 4 year decline in their investment.
I took a look at EP&F Capital's accounts which shows that they value their share of MDZ at £3724. Does anyone know how many MDZ shares this represents?
I see my post was removed from last night regards the true value here, some people don't like the facts spelling out to them...
