Couldn't find the speech but might be worth keeping tabs on this YouTube channel https://youtu.be/-Onrrxhf8sU?si=SFtxqskt9dHhT-sW GLA
Do we know if anyone hasvethis link other than facebook?
Unfortunately I dont have Facebook but would like to hear whats been said by MB.
Any help will be appreciated.
Doz. The activist was at the conference but didn't make too much noise. PC was also doing presentation along with PM.
I am glad MB pointed out the flaws in Mongolia.
The mining ministry is not attracting many companies hence the exploration blocks are not take.
The sooner they sort issues out the better. It will only benefit the locals.
No point leaving assets in the ground if it can't benefit anyone .
The area PM is exploring is already exploited by PC oilfield so it won't make any difference to the scenery.
Funny enough Master, the activist posted earlier about Canadian company that illegally worked in block 19 was speaking at the Mining Conference.
I replied staying she was a liar and spread disinformation and that PM was created by Petrovis and had Mongolian staff and workers and only outside of country eas the fact they were listed on the UK stock exchange
Thank you very much master82 for your research.
Did you note the full screen slide projection which came up behind him in both English & Mongolian listing the pro's and cons of oil exploration in Mongolian citing " ....Lack of urgency and slow moving bureaucracy negatively impact investment ..... then Petro Matad's Explotation Licence took 18 months to process.... then Local governments do not always support projects mandated by central government.... overly complicated and time consuming.."
Mining ministers post
The featured speaker of the day, Director General of the #World Coal Association, #MICHEL_MANUK, presented a very interesting speech on the topic "Can the world give up coal?"
HE: "...we are at the peak of the coal industry. By combining renewable sources with coal, Mongolia can reduce its dependence on a single source of energy and improve its reliability. FUTURE COAL is about improving burning efficiency, or using #shataaltaas_caashih" and will be a source of many new products and important minerals extracted from coal.
📍 Coal is the main export product of our mining industry. Following the future trends of the coal industry, it is necessary to move to the next stage.
We will talk about this at tomorrow's Industry meeting.
Also, fuel consumption has increased by 26% in the last year due to economic expansion and the development of the mining industry, which shows the need to urgently put into operation the oil refining plant based on domestic raw materials and increase the raw material reserves of the plant by intensifying the exploration and exploitation work.
📣 Tomorrow there will be a discussion on the topic of non-ferrous and precious metals, #industry.
That’s me out again for now.
MB made it very clear that it is a Mongolian company listed on LSE. Mongolian shareholders and Mongolian staff.
I think this might just clear things with the locals and the activists

How to improve the exploration investment environment?
Mindset
• By the standards of other countries, Mongolia should include foreign experts in its oil exploration
• This business is too ambitious to be financed by domestic financial sources • Technical and financial capacity, environmental protection and community cooperation
companies that can fulfill their obligations, policies and procedures should be targeted.
• Foreign investors come in and think that they are trying to exploit our country.
thoroughly canvassed
Legal Improvements • Legal and other laws that help improve the operating environment
streamline the process
• Ensuring reliable coordination of work between Tav and provinces and Sum
To protect PSC contractors from interference and comply with all laws and regulations

From MBs presentation
TEN:" GER
How to improve the exploration investment environment?
Improvements to PSC Basic Terms
• Research and development of areas that require a lot of small financial investment
Revise lapsed contracts * Independent, independent industry expert to advise Govt on re-establishing core contracts
use the company • Reduce the size of the field to facilitate the work in exploration
• Make existing book data free (or at minimal cost). Because the ultimate goal is to detect the presence of oil, it is better to use the results of the previous work.
reduce the likelihood of a crash. • Reduction of the annual cost of the exploration field (in countries with the highest costs in the world).
- If PSC nagent is drawn, there is no big effort to take care of its conditions. The basic requirements are the same
We will keep it unchanged against possible future changes in the law
Negotiate with domestic operators and support their proposals

The activists are at the conference. It briefly showed MB on the stage
🌞 Speaker of the Parliament G. Zandanshatar opened the session of the 3rd day of the #7DaysofMountains.
Chairman G. Zandarshatar IN HIS OPENING SPEECH:
"...he expressed his appreciation for the fact that the conference is timely in the time of rapid development of high technology and energy transition in the world. He also said that the parliament plans to discuss and approve the reform of the law on minerals together with related laws as a package.
It was also pointed out that if we do not intensify the search and use of high-tech raw materials in accordance with their demand during the rapid development of technology, there may be a risk of losing value and being behind the times. Furthermore, it was noted that the mining sector, which has a history of more than 100 years, has entered the next stage of development, and it is time to pay attention to the development of value-added and processing industries.
On this day we will discuss coal and oil.
❓ Can the world give up coal?
❓How can the oil industry be provided with policies to provide resources for oil refineries? will discuss the questions.
We invite you to come and participate.
More likely tomorrow. Just a feeling !!
By this afternoon we should know.
Is it likely that if an RNS is accompanying the speech it will be realised this morning?
Consider my expectations realistic. Matad has burnt my fingers one too many times now.
"Come and invest with us, and heres a raise you can join in if you like"
Sp keeps bouncing from my target, but at least its easier to scan through the bb nowadays.
Thanks for that one tick up my below post got ShortShrift :-)
This is a bulletin board.
It doesn't affect anything 99% of the time.
Petro Matad's future success of otherwise won't be determined by any thing posted here (although it might give you an early 'head's up').
Slowly but surely we're getting there?
WOS is history mate - did his nefarious bit and effed off like the others of his ilk previously. Good riddance.
ShortShrift aka WOS :-)
( He's that good that it feels very unlikely from one versus others posting content and style granted.. but WOS was that good in his ramping that it wouldn't surprise me if he's that good in effecting an brilliant identity change here too )
I have DOUBTS - that's not KNOWING. Like the rest of you tits I know SFA.
Geo61 AKA iamrich!
I didn't know you can tell the future. WHAY WOULD YOU EVEN COME UP WITH CRAP LIKE THAT. BAD if you know the future then why are you invested
