point noted, yes anything involving solicitors takes forever.
I know I rattle on about LC but several years of experience has taught me a harsh lesson where he's concerned, the number of highly potential schemes in african countries which were going to make us all very wealthy, after several years nothing has come to fruition ( yet ) yet he continues to enjoy seriously generous salaries at pi's expense.
I hesitated at taking a position in mast because of LC holding 55% and then was late to the table, so down on my holding at mo but like you I like the company and the prospects should be good, as you say, see how we get on.

Just a point to note, spa's are not straightforward, you are at the mercy of lawyers and small print. I assume they will almost be there and am praying for an rns shortly.
As for LC I never invested in KG or Kibo because to me there is nothing about those companies where I thought the sp would move significantly. This stock is different. If they get their house in order this will move, i really do believe that. I know a little about the reserve power market and its very lucrative. Lets see how we get on
HI guy's sorry have been off the board since Thurs. evening.
amin, thats ok no problem, I agree with you ref; clarke and this has got plenty of potential but I think from years of expierience we need to be aware that LC has a major interest and to me that is the downside, hopefully he will surprise us all but being aware and not believing everything he states is a good idea, imo.
Hms687, spa, sale & purchase agreement ( of the power supplied ) in the rns dated 6th may LC stated 10 days, rns dated 24th may LC stated imminent one of his favorite words he uses frequently.
if you scroll back through posts a couple of weeks you will see what I said regarding that and a reply from SirG, all worth reading it will help you follow the discussion.
fingers crossed all.

Thanks Topshot for your post at 12.26 yesterday ( Thursday).
Would you pls explain just a bit to a novice like me what an SPA is and when in fact HAS it been forecast to happen
Thanks
Thanks TS and sorry if my post was having a go , i appreciate it may have sounded like that.
But.....the term ahead of schedule was lifted from the rns and not my own words either.
I also took a look at Clarke energy and to be fair they are not a micky mouse outfit , it appears from their website that they are seasoned operators for the development of such assets.
It is just a little annoying seeing people bash this stock day in day out , when actually if everything sticks to plan i really do feel the sp will motor.
Its clear the spa is slightly delayed but in my experience if it is not a major delay they won't try to explain it away in an rns, it serves no purpose.
Onwards and upwards , just hoping for an rns on the spa soon !! and of course thank you for replying in such a nice manner
amin, I did not say I was not pleased, just the opposite in fact, read my post again.
also I did not suggest any delay, your post 8.01 "and before schedule" I pointed out it was not, June is June.
Please dont mis-represent what I actually said.
I am very familiar with the construction industry, having run my own for many years and the current problems with shortages and delays will also effect mast as it is effecting everyone else, so anticipate delays to completion which will be fair enough as out of their control.
I too have a reasonable holding, so hope your sp prediction comes good for us all.
have a good day
ts
I am sure the spa will form a different rns. I am not quite sure how effective rns' are that simply say....nothing to report. It has to be imminent in my opinion otherwise they would have had to have explained why there was delay.
In the round all the ingredients are in place for a move, i think to mid 20's which is what the broker thinks too.
Anyway dyo
amin
I see this a good progress for MAST. I don't hold MAST but do hold KIBO. I do think they will have this one up and running within the 6 months from IPO but agree with TopShot the SPA is more important and frustratingly not signed off yet despite the companies stated timelines which appear to have been over optimistic. This is something as a KIBO holder I'm all too familiar with. So i'm pleased to see the update but like Topshot frustrated its not the SPA.
Nice to see though that the CEO was allowed to comment on the RNS and not the Chairman
which will enter production immediately once the IPO is completed.
Just frustrated with the Boards ability to communicate realistic timelines
top there is no pleasing some people i see.
Have you seen what is happening in the construction world at the minute? massive costs overun and huge delays, for the company to have this project proceeding on time ( i dont consider a few days a delay) is nothing short of a miracle. Well done to the mast team, at Mast a flury of buys this am . this share will tick up, I have a reasonable sized holding and could have easily sold out at 16p but this will go higher.
Morning all, amin, not before schedule, read the may 26th rns it states construction is expected to commence during JUNE we are in June but good news as at least they are on schedule which is rare for LC.
SirG . as you said last week it would be reasonable to assume that "imminent" would be less than the original "within 10 days " which has long since passed , today is indeed 10 days from "imminent" rns issued but no mention of the spa.
Sorry guy's but as good as this rns is I see it as a bit of a smoke screen for the spa which was to provide immediate income stream on completion of ipo and bare in mind that bordersley is unlikely to provide any income this year.
I think this is why no sp movement, we need spa to do that, hopefully very soon but we have the LC factor.
best ts
No movement. …
and that's good news ..... ahead of the MAST schedule .... there were a few other iterations before that within KIBO. Be nice to have that SPA too.
And before schedule
RNS Out .. Bordersley moved to the construction phase.
