OK, I thought you were looking at it from an EV perspective. But ongoing EBITDA is likely to be running at much lower levels than this year, which when you add in capitalised development costs of £4m -£5m per year means operating cashflow of maybe £2m p.a as a starting point for 2021?
chris....
I was going on yearly cash increase, you are looking at June 2020. I was looking at June 2019.
June 2019 Cash balance of £3.8 million.
August 2020 Cash balance at : £10.6 million
Edwina
June 2020 interims cash £8.3m, debt £13.6m, net debt (excluding leases) of £5.3m. So if cash is now £11.6m then net debt is likely to be £2m.
Already £350 up , so could trade and say 'that was a nice hours work' - Have a sell limit at 98p in place , so will let it ride for a while
30th June 2019. Cash £3.8m. Now over £11m in 2020.
Cash balance at 30th June of £3.8 million, and now over £11m. And your saying its not a growth stock?
Darl I did exactly the same thing, the only difference is this is on my Watch list and I saw the 50% drop and thought wow this could worth a trade and a definite buying opportunity for those who want to buy in but didn't...
Not good for those holding though. Let's hope it bounce back now as the drop is well overdone. Good luck all
Not wanting to rain on your parade, but H2 EBITDA will be c £3m and there is also debt that means they are in a net debt position of c£2m at present. At the moment this doesn't deserve a growth stock rating as top and bottom line are going backwards after a brief COVID boom, so its probably trading around FV at present.
I always trawl the RNS's every morning and read this and thought ' well that's not too bad but it's not great - may be a little drop' and I moved on. Saw a 50% drop and did a quick bit of research and thought - I'll have a bit of that. Price should have dropped maybe 10/15%
Indeed
£47m market cap, EBITDA of £15m cash of £11.6m! Wow xmas came early, ty!
