Thank you Snige.
What can i say,who is this jrlse, with 24 posts little chance of digging up any dirt there.
I apologies jl5006 for mentioning your drink problem it looks like you've made a full recovery, all in the past, water under the bridge.
That should smooth things over.
He cant even put his pants correctly in the morning JL5.
Your annual solar panel requirement is quite wrong snige. It could not possibly be met by 3 isle of Wright. Dave Mackay (not a carbon sceptic) dismantled solar in this video. If you believe co2 is the devil (even though all our carbon in our bodies comes from there via plants) then nuclear power is the best option. Moreover had we not frittered billions on childish Cinderella solution such as bio fuel, windmills and solar panels and instead used that money to research nuclear fusion I'm fairly certain we'd be already there.

What isall this filtering about? jrlse post 17.04 says you have been filtered. Your subsequent post made reference to me - saying you had conversation with me? Not with me u didn't.
What a bummer, thought you filtered me.
Conviviality lost a £30m tax bill down the back of the sofa after the Directors had bought in only 2 months prior, which probably gave the impression they knew nothing about how much trouble the company was in.The perfect alibi for a few hundred thousand quid,no investigation and no charges brought to my knowledge.I wonder what Diana is doing these days?
I haven't twisted anything you said.

See my post this evening 22.32
Where did Snige venom come from?
Why not filter?
Sadly Snige- you and ur m8 bertie were commenting about the demise of Conviviality - we were all upset because of the accounting failures and RNSs.
How to twist words boy o.
Think u lost £3.5k Eh!!!
I remember having a conversation with jl over a year ago,he came over all superior/abusive and the next day he apologised saying he had a drink problem.I said to him "one day,by listening to one of us little guys,he may just be able pick up that snippet of information which happens be the last piece of his jigsaw puzzle.
Well i guess he got p issed off waiting and lucky for me he won't be able to read this!

The mere mention of Jesus Christ will incite s/one to dob - because there is no understanding of what JC could do in the modern day - the current model thinks he can walk on water - wish he would try! -
My local jackdaws are considering setting up a political party to align with the birdwatchers association (Packham lot) to join the Green lot who want crow killing banned - don't understand why the Lucas lot still want the pesky seagulls in brighton - but they were always a queer lot?
I sincerely believe that the biblical rep should encourage the motley lot to allow squirrels and rats to come together as a force to manage the mess now seen countryside wise.
May the slurry be with him!
UK is 245,000 sq kms,7% is urban or 17,150sq kms.Total annual UK requirement for electricity currently requires 1,500 sq kms of panels (3x Isle of Wight) if it could be stored.
Putting them on roof's get's people involved, there was never any need to use agricultural land but i'm still glad they are there, because if you look at other land uses it usually involve's heavy machinery, chemicals, odours, dust and other pollutants while solar is peace and tranquility, the perfect neighbour.
Actually jrlse, having checked the FIT tariff for oct 2018 installations i reckon you are speaking BLX probably in your effort to brown nose BB. Prove me wrong....
Also, why did you feel the need to announce that you have snige on filter? He adds balance to the discussions on the board
Jrlse why only 15 panels? Why not 16? Also why did you wait? If as you say"solar is not subsidised much anymore" how much is your FIT if it covers your leccy bill? We had 16 panels fitted in october 2011 although that house is rented out. It generates about 4k kwh at just over 56p per kwh
in total.
Just intetested
Boomer,
I am a fan of yours and have snige on filter.
I would like to point a few things to you that might help!
1) Solar is not subsidised much anymore.
2) you do not need to cover acres of land, I agree with you
3)There are acres of roofs, and already covered areas
4) I had 15 panels fitted to my roof last October after years of watching
5) I generate 4 time more than I use during the day and overall my electricity bill is less than my feedin payments.
6) it is worth it if linked to some sort of storage (many options). Just need the pen pushers to get off their backside and make it mandatory to fit EVERY with panels!

Snige solar is hugely subsidised and not reliable. Plus opportunity cost that the vast area of land required can be used for something else (growing food!) or better still left as natural habitat.
Err do you think bio fuels grow by magic? I'd love to live in cloud cuckoo land you inhabit. You clearly were never taught the concept of opportunity cost.
BabyB, you said "We have our idiotic bio fuel variant here and think it's virtuous destroying natural habitat for power. "
Give examples
Most cars could be charged overnight when the grid is hardly being used,so the wind farms can turning overnight ,no problem
Yes but let down by French and Chinese. There are some mini nuclear ones. Another thing may did not do. Amazing how she had not signed the separation treaty. Seems she always left decisions to others.
Whether it's coping with a low Lloyds share price or 400ppm CO2,life is about adapting to your circumstances.Changing our lifestyle will have cost's,if the harvest has to be brought forward to late May then we'll have to bring forward sowing.Let's adapt to 400ppm first before mad professor Boomer forces 800ppm and don't knock renewables when idiots like me can produce solar at 3.5p per kwh, fossil can't match it.
More of an adaption rebellion.
Never used just eat poker but I do like greasy burgers.
wot u need car 4 wen Tesco ,Amazon and Just Eat bring all wot i wont tut frunt door .
If I wont one I kan just take me neighburs int middle of nite , eazy
Bruce if you buy that co2 is the devil even though we are totally dependent on it then the only option is nuclear power. Or we could just use coal fire power stations like the Chinese are doing. We have our idiotic bio fuel variant here and think it's virtuous destroying natural habitat for power. Not only idiotic but making electricity damn well expensive.
When electric cars are in the majority how is the electricity to be generated. Not enough now. Where will all the sockets be . Going to be crowded.
