Just had an email from supoort
Apparently it's correct that the ATM would ask if you want it to convert or not.
So I guess it's by design.
One thing I did find shocking was the ATM wanted to charge a 7% fee just for carrying out the conversion!! On top of the naff conversion rate too!
Robbery really.
Stix stop being aggressive. He’ll be telling us Santa don’t exist next week lol
Pic
You are a feckin weirdo !!
so you are an investor in this project ?
but you constantly scream from the roof tops that it won't relist . but you dont know for sure !
also you are now knocking how the product works , regarding price drop in gold. Taking pleasure in people losing money !
As a boy did you pull the legs off spiders and experiment with house hold pets ??
Seems to me you was a spoilt brat as a child and have personal issues when things dont go your way !
Perhaps a chat on a couch with a professional phycologists might be worth while.
You remind me of a character from a famous Hollywood movie .
The one with his dead mother was sitting in a rocking chair up stairs !
creepy MF .
Tally is based on euros. Always decline the conversion. When aboriad use the local currency. Go away Pic you little bell end turd. No one cares about you or your views. I only refrain from filtering you as I find it amusing lol
Well I have dropped them a support ticket
If your experience was as you would expect stix then It would seem a bug why it was acting like I was using an account based in Euro.
Very odd really
Hi Deano
I did a withdrawal from a UK bank, didn't ask me euro conversion , just how much did I want to withdraw.
Same as a normal debit card .
activity says amount GBR .
Yeah think I will drop them a note just to let them know in case it is a bug.
Would make sense if it didn't act like it was a Euro based account when in the UK.
They might not be aware of that quirk deano so might be worth reporting as a possible 'bug' so they can look into/sort it?
I'm pretty sure some on the board have withdrawn in the UK Deano. I couldn't tell u who or what was the outcome as it was posted a while back.
has anyone tried withdraw money from an ATM in the UK?
I just have and was surprised to see it staying it wanted to do currency conversion from Euro to Sterling?
I told it no, leave it in native currency (which was euro apparently) and took the money out. Checked the app and it had taken the value off correctly so no drama.
Just wondering if that's normal? Would have thought it would just all be in Sterling?
