I think some of you guys need to stop giving Tally such a hard time, they have said in their RNS that that are fine tuning their processes and getting things right before ramping things up. It only just been launched a month. Yes admittedly it’s taken a long time up to now but have you ever heard of the saying good things come to those who wait !? I think this has grown exponentially behind the scenes and we just don’t know it yet. Why would they show their hand on everything they are doing just to let the competition know what we’re up to ? Maybe it’s not such a bad thing we are delisted at the moment for that reason alone.
We will see....
And as for Mr forensic accountant..... for saying you have 4 businesses..... I find it incredulous you have as much spare time as you do spending as much time as you do posting on a poxy bulletin board.

I put more in today and it went through virtually instantly. To be fair it is still early days so can’t expect them to run before they can walk. Overall I’m happy with the card, transfer times and customer service. Only thing is communication for shareholders but let’s not go there as certain people will jump all over it. At least it’s the weekend mo fo’s lol

I have another share that is app based , and thats taken over a year to get where they are now , so similar story , but admittedly not delisted like here .

And it was pretty much exactly as I said below lol. Unable to tell me timeframe for automation and the checks are confirming account details on the transfer.
So all as we were then lol.
I do wonder if anyone at Tally HQ has ever seen a gantt chart though lol. It's always aiming for, planning, working towards etc but never able to give you a timeframe! :-)
It is annoying as I've been in the same boat with a relatively large deposit. I can put up with if for now though as they have said it's a soft launch and aren't currently charging for the service.
They are going to be up against it getting the full launch ready and also knowing that when they do, there will have to be support 24/7/365 that's a big deal for a small start up.
Now ask him when it will be automated and what checks are currently needed due to KYC already having been done.
Bet you get silence like I have. Lol.
Likely as they don't have any idea when it will be done and the "screening" is people logging into the online banking and manually crediting the tally account with the money pairing the unique codes.
Bet I'm not far off the mark there.
I'm quite irritated with the delay as they credited my tally at the highest price it had been in hours. I sent money on a dip. They said in t&c that the rate is set at the time money hits account, but it's a lie. It's the price at the time they credit it. I have been checking charts, and also it's plain to see when it took a day to credit my tally account once as the price was wildly different to when I sent the money. This needs fixing asap. I want be able to accurately chose the spot price I want to pay, not send money in and hope for the best.
The prod has worked for me a couple of times !

Agents are available during the day but must be busy.
In our initial launch stage, deposits and withdrawals may be subject to additional manual screening procedures, and will not appear immediately in your Tally account. We aim to process these within one business day. This is something that we are working on to be come instant.
At the moment we have a messaging service available for over the weekend but having people over the weekend is also something that is in our road map to happen.
Don't know if it's a coincidence again, but my money appeared in tally after the email to them.
Just like my withdraw that was days delayed appeared after an email exchange.
I think if you prod them then they look at the accounts at the time. Sooner it's automated the better.
You know what? That is almost exactly what i got from their support when querying the delay!
A rather generic response of it can take 24hrs for further security checks etc
I'm asking them now when automation is happening and what security checks are needed when KYC is already done when signing up!
hopefully, all the transfer/deposit issues will be sorted; mine was. I had quick responses by email but phoning was a waste of time. Hopefully all this is a learning/testing process before proper launch.

Annoying thing with this latest delay is I was trying to show someone who was interested in the concept how it all worked. So transferred money in to show them, but now have to say it can take days....
Needless to say it's leaving a bad impression, considering he is used to shares being bought and sold instantly.
For instance, any time I have ever tried the live chat thing via the app, there has never been an agent available. Ever.

Are the people working for tally all part time?
Why does it take so long for a reply to emails, so long to deposit and withdraw money?
Why are their social media posts sporadic and at any time of day and night?
Why so long to answer tweets and FB messenger?
I really don't think they work proper hours. And I would guess most work from home, likely around other jobs, for the new staff they hired.
I just can't see how things would be so sloppy if you had staff in an office for a full day doing their jobs.
