Those late trades must be nearly over ...

Thanks E AL
GLA
See what today brings .....
Hi Danker, I use LSE’s L2
E AL
Out of interest what platform do you use for L2 and MM etc
Cheers
MrBelfort
Market makers (MMs) are large banks or financial institutions buys and sells securities for their own accounts, at prices they display next to their initials on the exchange trading system. They are the big players in the market who competes for customer order flow by displaying buy and sell quotations for a guaranteed number of shares but you also have individuals & brokers who buy/sell shares at prices mostly between the MMs buy/sell quotations so what you saw earlier was probably a buy/sell quotation from a private investor, trader or a broker.
Newbie question
If all the MMs have moved to 4p on the ask and bid at 3p. Why is the price at 3:30 should it be mid of bid/ask?
Or is it the amount of orders at each buy/sell?
The market maker WINS just moved his ASK to 4p from 3.5p (at 13:30) & the raised the BID to 3p. Now all the MMs ASKs at 4p and above :)
In this case we should expect the sells to fade shortly if Baron still got anymore shares to sell, they dropped two chunky blocks an hour ago which shows their desperation to get out asap:
12:05:29 3.117 1,800,000 £ 56.10k
12:05:24 3.10 1,000,000 £ 31.00k
My thoughts exactly ....
Those large trades from end of play yesterday makes me think we have a new investor joining us... if continues with the large trades will have to TR1 think about 15mil shares... so over 5 yesterday...
See If some today...
No TR1 , Unless there is a new major investor ?
They don't need to TR1 if they were at 2.8% and reduced further do they? I thought it was only 3% and above
When The Deals Are Done It'll Be The Case Of "You Were Only Sposed To Blow The Bloody Doors Off"...
oneandonly1 , imo the continuous chunky sells over the past couple of days could only be from an institutional investor. I suspect Baron Capital Group, Inc. because they reduced their holdings in LEK Oil 3 times this month prior to yesterday’s update so I reckon they took advantage of the high volume over the past couple of days (after the recent rns) to offload the rest of their position (2.8%) ....... TR1 should be due any time soon!
Good support around this level so I reckon we’ll see sp recovery from here
Got to love this share just for entertainment
Oh it’s going down , speaks to oneself to refresh the fundamentals again, assets , and positive news to come , and then remembers its all ok,
Comes back and notices a slight reversal
Patience Patience ... is required ‘hold’ or buy more obviously.
