A solid operations update will see us at 5p
If we are net cash then 10p is realistic
Some very decent sized retail money coming through
Aren't we due news about OPL 310
News of forward plans, drilling etc would surely breathe new life in to the extremely low SP. IMHO
What does that mean for the shareholders? How much can we expect to get for each share? kingivor, any idea? thanks
One way or another the company needs investment and can then thrive
Reckon they will go to 10%
Either cash+ paper deal with Afrentra or appoint new Ceo and seek a compromise with Lekan.
Win, win ?
Hope they stop selling to allow the SP to rise before any possible sale. Time will tell.
If accurate we are game to facilate Afentra deal imho, dyor
Metallon down to 11.15% according to Morningstar
Check out the Lek Nigeria website media tab...lots of LN self promotion
Hope you are right we will certainly have news of sorts by 30 sept. 9 weeks or so.
Fingers crossed its the good kind!!!
Yes there is clearly a line of stock but zero chance its Lekan i feel. Probably mettalon reducing 5% to enable the takeover
Its all very interesting
King, its clear that someone is offloading a huge amount, I am pinning my hope its Met and not Mr A.
10p values Lek Cay at respectable 53mill, when income is well over that for 2021 alone.
Yes Dave think you are right. All roads lead to Afentra. I think Metallons 15% accumulation at 2p ish was purely opportunistic. I would be happy to take Afentra paper at 10p as Metallon surely would too.
Trail of names going through several Oil companies and ending up with Afentra, Bahamas was one. Afentra looking to buy a cheap west African oil co with prospects. Dont get much cheaper than this! I would hope the min would be the £25million, but should be closer to £50 million. Would Mr A accept these offers and help with Nigerian Gov?
King, had you looked into that before I posted or after, what was your thoughts?
Afentra merger for me
Zion spc are major shareholders of Lek and Afentra
