I just read the following on another BB and thought to share it with you all:
“ 29 Jan '20 - 13:11 - I have just sent Sunny Law an email via his oilvoice contact and will report back any reply. Does look rather an interesting potential development given the recent goings on here.
Are SEPLAT finally going to show there hand ?? have been rumours before that they are interested in some of LEK,s assets.”
“ 29 Jan '20 - 23:04 - Guys it looks like corby was right,i have had an email exchange with the journo and he comfirmed the tweet.I have emailed a reply with a few further questions and am awaiting a response,it does seem like something has been worked on and will be announced shortly though.
I reckon SEPLAT are going to buy one of Lekoils non core assets personally as we know they been sniffing around for a while now.Interesting times ahead.”
All rather exciting.
Pieces of information , snippets, recent trading patterns, hours of research .....the jigsaw pieces continues to form the picture , for the 16Mcap LEK , quite unbelievable.
Interesting post Jenny, short term using the existing infrastructure increased production to 12000 bopd at OML 11, currently circa $7M due for 20 days in Jan, , 10-14M short term based on above ,could be in excess of 100M revenue stream short term 2020, rather ‘transformational ‘then longer aim treble as total production aims for 20,000bopd.(lek 40% 8000) however , need to finance $68M for OML11 either debt equity from above , as we all know 310 options.
This could if structured correctly result in a similar share price prior to the error rather quickly , rectifying the SP , and OML11 comfortably funded for future expansion and focus on to 325.
Not forgetting the 276 option in the mix.
So many options , guess that is why two new non execs and a new CFO have joined.
Would not want to be out of the this on a Wednesday evening ha
GLA
Great research by all , may we all win handsomely.
That would value ...
That wave Lekoil at 18.5p excluding everything else...anyone up for that?
Certainly £100m in the bank would do wonders for the share price!
Well i'm in today. Been biding my time waiting to see reaction. Two decent RNS since then and news from Nigeria seeming to feed to fire. https://guardian.ng/energy/nigeria-to-drill-seven-wells-add-50000bpd-infrastructure-at-otakikpo-field/
After a massive RNS which turned out to be false a tweet of an asset sale is just not going to cut it... but interesting as rumours of competitors circling lekoils assets have been already released in the Nigerian press.
An RNS THAT IS BACKED UP BY ANOTHER RNS FROM THE ORHER PARTY INVOLVED! LOL.
did anyone else see the actual tweet from sunny?
Interesting post from advfn poster corby 04 stating a tweet from oil voice journo focusing on africa sunny law ...allegedly tweeting that Lekoil are is process of a partial asset sale.
Let's see what happens.
