Grossly discounted to NAV at 0.4
Our largest holder paid £4.2M for their 29.9% stake, they put a fair value of £12.5M for the company in December.
Current Mcap £3.75M.
We are going to be cash positive short term and are owed £8M for the mine sale with another buyer lined up.
No one can deny the upside here.
Bought more today and shall add further.
First target 1.5p ,
I really can’t see Andrada being interested in TVM: they have an absolute monster of a resource of their own, and more than enough work to do developing and expanding their own operation.
Still, the RNS does confirm that Dennis is talking to a potential new buyer of TVM, which would be a very positive development in my view
Harvd - I emailed kzg's advisors earlier with the info about Andrada and just received a nice reply from their Paul Dulieu thanking me and saying will pass on to KZG in case they are not aware of Andrada's interests in Namibia!
Who knows? From little acorns.....
May offer mine at knockdown price to reflect what we have been paid already.
Doubt they will want to do anything until we are cash generative as we can’t really afford to take over the running cost of the mine.
Still don’t see anything transformational happening this side of the summer
Nice Spot OBNW!!
And with their £17.5 million cash pile, they could easily take the place of Hebei.
The thing with a tiny m/c is the risk of hostile takeovers at a pepercorn price !
Had to check it again and YES! Andrada are in NAMIBIA!!! Come on Board. Use that shiny new London head office and invite them along.
....Andrada who have interest in Lithium and Tantalite. Maybe we should be chatting about a JV for Tant Valley?
890k paid 0.49p+ held 100 mins and then sold for 0.375p...loss £1000 on a near £5k buy...nuts
Just joined can see good upside from here tiny m/c and think this could be around the bottom gla
Yes sorry lamps must be my age 60 not long woke up, still think financing needed, why markets reluctant move much higher.
The mm's seem determined to get this back down, always takes 3-5 times as much buying to upp it.
Thought this would be up more on that update so watching closely. Did get some sub 0.4p this morning though as a starter
I owned a million of these at an average of heaven knows! Perhaps 2p, but still bought more the other day at .35p!
This update is fine but still 'jam tomorrow'! If the spike goes much higher, there may be an opportunity to rationalise my holding a bit.
Remember 1.5p paid by our largest shareholder at a 183% premium in De
They sit on 29.9% with 280M shares.
We are owed £8M for the mine,
All good here,re rate in progress
Forgot to add,as I am more than fully loaded here with well excess procentage of my whole portfolio there is no more additional buying on my part, however cheap current sp could bring handsome rewards for new buyers IMHO.
GL WHATEVER.
......is our most advanced and exciting asset. The BoD need to make a decision on this in order to either get it earning something or get us a big wallop of cash and stop shilly-shallying, There is Tantallite and Lithium just sitting there. Extractum digitum!!!!
Sound and promising 👌......
2023 transformational year moved now to 2024......let's us hope 🙏 so,
GLA.
Yes fair comment 684k end year, mine were from June last year plus had further lump received from tant mine so can roughly work out cash burn. GL.
The bit at the bottom of the paragraph Steven.

Market likes this and why not.
Our 29.9% holder paid 1.5p
No brainer
Cash at 30 June 2023 of £761k plus further payment received after that, last update, correct me if I'm wrong. Lamps56
Buying more on that RNS,all positive.
IMO .035 is the bottom, all upside from here.
Its all about timing, get in at the low.

As discussed recently the company is on the cusp of production. There is optionality over the large amount owed from the dale if the tantalum mine and the company has the full support of the new strategic shareholder whose interests are fully aligned with other shareholders
