I know because I believe in the management and that is the only reason for me being here.....you clearly don't !.......I shall soon be writing about the two companies you mention so you will have to regrettably contain your excitement till then............
How do you know they're one of the best teams in the business, they haven't produced anything yet except a sp a fraction of where it was when they took charge. Cue your weekly plug for Ironveld and Barkby no doubt! TP.
TP I'm only surprised your surprised that no RNS has been issued......we have had barely seven weeks to produce.....we need 3 months minimum to get a real assessment......This is mining and with probably one of the best
teams in the business.......give them TIME !
We`re now into the third week of September, yet no rns from the bod telling us the current situation regarding diamond output or sales which supposedly kicked in last month. Why am I not surprised?
steven, I take it you're referring to the Loan Agreement announced in the Spring. You need to keep up. RNS 4 Jun refers, new cash injection and loan facilities agreement cancelled. So adequately funded for now and there is no 4th tranche of money coming this month. Neither was there a need to draw down the 1st, 2nd or 3rd:
"...Furthermore, the Company has elected to cancel the Loan Facilities Agreements ("the Loans") as announced on 23 March 2020, with the lenders of the Loans electing to replace their commitments to provide the Loans into subscriptions in the Placing. For clarity, no tranches of the loan were drawn upon by the Company..."
At least larry got good lot of shares at .5 as cash is low.notice last tranche of money 4th coming end sept 40000 pounds may c them through to December.suggests some sort of funding coming from a namibian investor to fund mine pipe line,as 4 diamond mine I asume started mining as stated all no anouncement suspense.
ammendment......last sentence should not be there...having big signal issues........
As a large shareholder I do take you seriously as you atleast have a meaningful holding. However it is not true to say that GC has not provided any shareholder value for many years. His last acquisition Barkby Group which I highlighted over a year ago on both Kazera and Ironveld boards which pre Covid reached over 40 M and even now is over 30M has made some investors alot of money. This was written about by another investor about a month ago on this board. Those who listen to me and hold steady will make a good return on their investment.........but DYOR..........
more ey here too but DYOR..................
Fortitude - You are quick to call people nay-sayers but I am into this share for a well into 5 figure sum and your idol Giles has yet to provide any shareholder value for many years now so do you think we should have unlimited patience ?
FWIW, I may have struck a chord with some here. For others I`m a naysayer. Fair enough, too long in the tooth to bother me honestly. I speak as I find.
In truth I DO actually think this company will come good in the end but when that end will be god only knows.
The GC love in, perpetrated by some posters I find baffling given that under his stewardship the sp has tanked from the teens to sub 1p, a monumental fall by any reasonable standards.
The rubbish he spouted when he first arrived was at best economical with the truth and in reality should have seen him hauled before Financial conduct authorities . Many people invested here on the back of this claptrap which is frankly unforgivable.
He was astute enough to realise that he knew sod all about mining and duly appointed LJ who clearly does. Its a great shame his skills as a miner are`nt matched by his ability to communicate with shareholders. C`est la vie.
If as we were told diamond production commenced last month then a rns telling us a moderate shipment was on its way to customer X should have been posted. If not, reasons for delay should likewise have been posted.
The Ta pipeline scenario, another bugbear of mine has been going on for literally years now. Its always just around the corner, matters in discussion, interested third party funding etc etc.
I`ve no fundamental problem with the diamond or mineral acquisitions if they are value enhancing. However as we know mining infrastructure can and normally does cost a great deal so it remains to be seen whether or not one is capable of financing the other.
Time to deliver is now .
Appreciate that Stokey, i was talking about Tant - we know where that is and still dont dig it out. I suspect we are further behind with the diamonds.
daytradenovice In relation to your 09.07 post as mining was due to start at the diamond miine last month we do not know whether or not KZG has mined any diamonds as there has been no announcement either way.
my investement here is indeed small by my usual standards, i dont like the aim market and prefer the less risky, it is all only relevent however when the PF is considered, small change to one is a lot for another.
You seem obsessed with attacking certain people, Steven in particular, with a opposing via of the 'jam tomorrow' perspective that you hold, and i cannot help but wonder why you run such down calling them naysayers and questioning their involvement?
The general consensous on here does not follow your view either as is clearly observed.
You dont have to agree with others views, nor I yours, but the facts here speak for themselves, and we are all welcome to our own opinions, sensibly based on the (limited) facts avaliable, even if they differ from your continual jam tomorrow guesses.
This company has been operated badly and is clearly considered a poor investment by the markets.
Open one's eyes and look at the share price, which is paltry when compared with previous, if the market had confidence the price would be higher would it not? This is a money machine to pay director wages currently, and that is all.
Im not going to debate it with you further, you are far far to blinkered, unwilling to see the obvious and nonsubjective, and i suspect heavily underwater hence the blind faith.
Why you compare me with others is beyond me, just not relevent at all. I could compare you with ramper Robinhood but i wont bother, its equally ridiculus.
I hope it comes good for you and you (and all others) are rewarded, eventually, here but holding forever isnt sensible when looking for a return on an investement, as has already been pointed out today here. If you want to fine, carry on, your money and your choice afterall.
No.....paragraph ! Set out on a new line and new content.....Yes I am invested here which begs the question for the Naysayers....why are you and Steven49 knocking the company relentlessly when by your own admission your investment here is slight and S49s is nil......very odd ! I had years at Sovereign Mines with a character called Sarkosy and others, same pitch as you until it became Barkby ,worth now 30 million ! Yes you've guessed ! Went like dew before the sun ! I expect the same with the Naysayers here.................
Sentance surely? Keep on ramping against the less blinkered tide matey.
At this moment in time your cash is languishing in the wrong place not mine (no pun)
GC and the messiah truly appreciate you continuing to pay them to have a good lifestyle at your expense. Jam anyone?
Sorry, but your your last paragraph could not describe you more succinctly...................
Another 'tick up' for TP's view.
No reason at all why the company cannot extract product and earn now, even in small quantities. So come on GC and messiah dig a bit out and put a 50p in the meter.
If keeping a sense of realism based on actual performance makes me a 'naysayer' then so be it.
Theres none so blind that cannot see.
@tarquin - My view is identical to yours, I have averaged down a bit and now have a few blocks of shares in profit but my overall ave is still about 5p.
These AIM investments are all about keeping people on the hook, but the reality is that if it takes 8-10 years to make a significant profit the risk/reward is poop !
There are LOADs of OEICS that have done well over 100% in this timeframe, so in effect all we have really achieved is to pay a load of AIM directors for many years !
Ref Kazera Global #KZG the market has missed this ref their peer Mineral Commodities' HMS operations just south of KZG's current licence area - asx.com.au/asxpdf/2020082…
tarquinpiken I can’t dispute anything u have said. I no u are a long term invester. What ****es me off is GC ramping the share with all his BS PR videos, Proactive Investors pulling there pants down to LJ interviews. At same time they never once said give us ur money and when u do in 4 plus years later u will actually find out fk all about who our customers are etc etc. All done in secrecy. So my thoughts are similar to urs mate. Do I think this will come good. Actually I really do. I am 42 and have some amount of shares in this company. I hope by the time I am 45 or 48 that the investment I have put in gives me the chance to walk away from my job. Time will tell. Like u am not selling and like u my shares are in the bottom drawer for now.
And before the usual GC sycophants start yelling "naysayer", I`m not. Heavily invested here and have been for years.
Seen the sp crash from the teens to its current paltry level.
The time is long overdue to extract some bloody product, sell it and bolster the balance sheet along with the sp.
And while your at it have the good grace to keep your long suffering shareholders properly informed and on a regular basis.
Heartily sick of hearing "jam tomorrow"
toasters on. . . . now where did i put the jam ?. . . .silly me, its still at Tesco.
The usual avalanche of news !!
Are we fully operational re diamond extraction?
Who is the end user? What sort of volume?
Presumably this sphere of the operation along with Heavy minerals will be shrouded in the same veil of secrecy as the Ta.
A less than exciting thought.
Still, its a mining business and they can take years to bear fruit so thats ok.
" Next year Rodney"
Not for these alluvial diamonds stokey. Not saying there couldn't be an exceptional diamond in the mix but, generally, they're marketed in bulk through the SA government's Alexkor or related agent as indeed they are from all the licences in this area.
Those anticipated figures I quote are in the KZG RNS and in the Align note but there's also an interview around between Zak Mir and Dennis Edmonds from shortly after the acquisitions which is definitely well worth a listen.
Not sure if the link will be allowed here. I'll try but if you don't see it below, try Googling the two names above plus "Kazera" and "Align" (the interview is carried on their website):
Poppyseed In relation to your 13.30 post I would question whether the heavy minerals will make more revenue. Depending on the size of the diamond the wholesale price of diamonds are approximately $1-6,000 each so it is possible for the revenue from the diamonds could be in 10's of millions.
